Tuesday Telling

None in the AM -

None in the PM either -

Since a certain KhattleDog is quite fond of napping snuggling on the khouch next me, the green sherpafleecie is unavailable for me - SO I've been borrowing The Window Chair's Peggy Blanket - NAK and I had gotten it for TADN years ago - and it so many of the kholors we both loved/love - 

Sharing is kharing, eh!?!

NAK gives us a FLUFFY TAIL up for THAT!

For much of the day on Monday I expected us to head to TSC or to CVS for an adventure after work, but I decided THAT could wait - and I just settled in PERIOD!

Monday MOMday

Yes...that white IS snow - we had a wee dusting 

And no PFs were spotted during my limited checking -

SO - last week marked ONE YEAR since Holly - aka LITTLE got her WINGS - 

She SO left a hole in all The Khottage hearts when I allowed her the chance to be pain free AND back with her AngelMomDebbie -

But we never knew how much she would be missed until she was gone - and it was SIX months until there was another khanine in The Khottage -

The furst picture I took of her as she was brought out from her vets to go North to PA from VA that April day -

So many times Little watched the trees in The Khottage backyard - and now we hope she's watching US - including Willow!

The 'breeze' and the khool was still with us -

Our FrEYEday adventure -

To The Conewago Inn to pick up the foodables!  It is five or so minutes from The Khottage - I had wanted to get lunch there last week but they never posted lunch specials but 

Hot Turkey Sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy!

Butternut squash crab bisque!

Pumpkin pie with whipped cream and cinnamon - but the bisque made the whipped cream run!

Dog Tax!!!!

Turkey as an extra payment on the cracker!

We moved as I took the picture - Willow starts waving the paw

Paid in full!! 

With a walk for extra credit - I joked on The Conewago Inn's FB pag that now that I weighed a little more, we could walk and not worry about the wind!

I made the foodables into three meals - had much of the sandwich for lunch - but then did a shoepeg khorn in butter sauce for a mix in to the remainders for dinner and Saturday lunch - and the bisque for Saturday -

All very good - and since I hadn't eaten any turkey on Thursday, it took care of THAT!

We didn't go anywhere on Saturday - I considered several options but decided they could wait - and since I was still awake at 3:30am FrEYEday night/Saturday morning, we slept in until after 9!

We did our walk late morning - and then I turned domestic - ran the dishwasher - washed the sheets - did some of the chair blankies - and Willow's bed SherpaFleecie - and I even washed me ;-)

Oh yes - I thought about the return to The GKP and started my mental TO DO list -

With no reason to get up 'early' we slept in a bit - I had bingewatched some Grey's Anatomy Thursday evening - this was the temperature when we first went out but....

It got kholder when the wind arrived - we did make a walk part of our FrEYEday - I don't think Willow knew quite what to thnk of the wind and such!
