Shortly after I got home from work, MetEd knocked on the door to say there would be power tonight (meaning Wednesday) - he also went on to explain the reason for the delay -

Anyway, we got back from our walk to see LIGHTS and feel KHOOL and hear appliances HUMMING!

We decided to stay with the email post so we could get some things done before bed

Thanks again for all the good wishes that worked towards the return of the electrified skhwirrels!

Walkin' Wednesday

...Or is that Day 87 living The Amish life?

The Xterra departed Khamp Khyra around 535am for HIA - Harrisburg International Airport. Auntie Di sent us a pikh of her and Khousin Ab around 415pm. Of khourse it was around 50some degrees in the PA am and 116 or so in the AZ pm :-(

As you khan see, still no power here - Mom spent some time on the phone with the MedEd skhwirrel representatives - still no definite idea of when we khan expekht the terrors to be turnin' again

Mom heads bakhk to The GKP on Wednesday - she's armed with all her pluggie things to charge 'em up - even the laptop is going along

We were thrilled to see the posting via email worked!

Still no power - in speaking with the neighbour that had Chloe The Greyhound - and also took care of getting Butterscotchand BroFur fixed - I learned it went out just after 2am Sunday with a pop and a bang. We also noticed a tree from two doors down is draped over the line and most likely the major culprit

I called on Monday to learn of no estimate for restoration - just they are working to get to it

Auntie Di will be returning early Tuesday with a flight out of Harrisburg at 7am

Monday MetEd Messed Up Monday

I have no idea if this will work BUT we have no power thanks to Irene's winds. We don't know when it will be restored. I am trying this method of posting BUT I have no idea if it will work! Paws khrossed!

Poor Khousin Ab will have to wait a few more days fur her momma to return - Irene has khaused Auntie Di's flights to be khancelled - so now she's set to return to The Blast Furnace on Tuesday via Charlotte and not Philadelphia

I know woo rekhall Scout Jackson from the transport with Patience, Aleera, and Snowball - well he had his surgery last week - and sadly, the damage was too severe to repair SO he's joined the world of Three Leggers - of khourse, that khomes at khwite a price - so TLR did start a ChipIn fur him - woo khan read more about him and what was done to this sweetie -

Walkin' Wednesday 2011

If fakht, if Mom hadn't gone out to dinner with Auntie Di, The Doggy Nanny, and Fred, there would have been a fourth one!
