Afternoon bonding time - and sharing a new post on Falcon Wire -

Winding down our SUMMER time as Fall arrives Thursday evening!

As NAQE2 has rejoined her one and only love, I wanted to share my British connection - this photo is dated Jan 70 so these were Christmas presents we took to our paternal grandmother - Gladys Maude Fox Hennel - she moved here from England in the 1920's - she was from Rugby Yorkshire England - and our paternal grandfather was from The Czech Republic - Chippy's Grandmom - the nickname we gave her to difFURentiate from Pop's Grandmom - aka TADN's parents - was just short of Albino - and had the yellow white hair - all four foot something of her - 

She lived in Norwood Delaware County PA - our grandfather had died when my dad was 11 - and she got the Chippy's Grandmom for a neighbor's mostly CockerSpaniel named Chippy - and the inspiration for my wanting a buff colored Cocker I would name Chamois!
