roasted butternut squash, toasted pumpkin seeds, arugula, honey lemon vinaigrette on your choice of spinach, garlic or sundried tomato wrap 

Tasty but messy!  

I had half for lunch and the other section closer to dinner time

Tuesday's Bob Check!

Hot Beef Sandwich with GRAVY - I chose the Veggie Beef soup for my side - had some then and now I'm off to have some NOW!  - and yes, Dog Tax Crackers!

Our walk was AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
