Tuesday Telling

One of The KidSSSSS hung out for a bit -

See the peek-a-boo from the post - probably too hot and exhausted to move on -

Just after 7pm, it is still 90 and partly cloudy -

So after leaving Dawn's it was off to The Trail so we could head to our next - and only other stop for the day -

Took this picture as we were just about within eyesight of Mad Radish - and when I uploaded it to our Google Pictures I noticed what I had captured in the middle of the shot -

BIRD!

Up we go - to head down to The Showroom -

Our box full of bounty!

Now our bag full!

Someone else had been in the spot on the other side when we arrived -

Farm Dog Tax Paid!

Now for some of the foodables - The Golden Beets - after roasting in foil - with some olive oil and Everything Bagel seasoning -

My Sous Chef - keeping her eyes on 'em -

After peeling off the skin - VOILA - Golden Beets -

Whilst they were still warm, I enjoyed two of them - with butter - the other two will be sliced for inclusion in a salad -

Cucumber and onion salad - when this is finished - potato salad will be the next item for the Tupperware - and I'm putting some in a container for Auntie Di to take this week -

Now for our first experience with the Chioggia Beets - peeled - then sliced -

Mixed Greens - with some Goat Cheese on the sliced beets -

Then some Simply Avocado Green Goddess dressing on top 👍👍👍
