Here is my prototype skhwirrel khatcher. I attempted to pawsition it such that it would fall on 'em whilst they were on the ground under the feeder!
I think I might be onto something...I'll just tweak it some more!
I'm inspekhting some of the other pawtential branches to utilize! PLUS, you khan see all of my snow that remained as of 2pm Sunday. The Weather Wizzers said "1 to 3 inches" - well, I think we got 0.13"! I was seriously bummed!******

Those singing doggies are pretty good, huh? Maybe you will catch a yummers squirel for Christmas. If not, sometimes there is frozen squirel jerky available on the roads after a good storm.

So that's what this is. We have one of those that fell last night in our yard, but it is like 50 feet long, about 8 inches wide. Dad is grumbling something about chainsaw, work and 3 F weather. We love that last part. Fortunately, it did not fall in the dog yard, so we don't care, but that means we can't help dad drag branches around. He likes that so much.
That was terrific Khyra!! We loved the videos! I sang right along with them! My mom and Grandpa really laughed.
I like your squirrel catching technique, too. I say, whatever works. Good luck with that. I have never caught a squirrel, so I can't give you any advice on how to do it, but I am still trying.

I see a little snow on your ground. We had quite a bit on Friday & Saturday but then it rained all day yesterday. Still white out but very hard and not fun. Oh well. It's supposed to be 45 by Wednesday. My mom is off work from Wednesday afternoon until Monday too! Maybe we can finally catch up on everdawg's blog! I'm sad about Stormy. I hope she finds her way home!

It might be time to write a squirrel catching instruction manual. We like to lure ours down into the crook of the tree and have Sparta snatch them in mid air. Very cool.
