The spot in the back is where some bedded down for the overnight -
Just beyond 7pm - 75 and mostly cloudy -
Now for Thursday's evening at Victor's! -
With The Nice Nancy Lady - who surprised us by having her son Matt come along from Denver with her - quite the nice surprise - yet it made lots of sense -
Whilst looking at their specialty drink menu, this PEAR MARTINI jumped out at me - no need to look further!
Nancy got a small seasonal salad to start - it looked quite pretty and yummy -
Auntie Di and Matt had been friends in high school - and then went off to ASU together - including being roommates - so it was especially 'ahhh'!
Since there was lots to celebrate that night - current events and all - a PAIR of pear martinis was warranted -
Nancy and I each chose the Pesce Del Giorno - which was halibut - in a lemon buttery sauce - risotto and broccolini - half came home with me - and was dinner FrEYEday -
Auntie Di chose the Tortellini and took half home as well- Matt the chicken piccata - Pistachio butter cannoli - for some sharing- Auntie Di chose the Victor’s Affogato -
Victor's Bocce court -
It was quite the nice evening - the place was packed the entire time we were there - it is the kind of place that if it were in The Khottage neighborhood area, we would be there often - it has been a long time family spot for us -
My stop at Plant Box Thursday morning included picking up some Kerri's treats to send back with Nancy and Matt for THE PUPS!
Of course, the posts MUST have a Willow picture - here it is!
We'll finish up our Saturday 'venture here tomorrow - the old 'tie some loose ends together' -
Happy Monday EvFURRYone!

We know how much you have always enjoyed your time with Nancy. That halibut looks quite tasty. And the cannoli - yummers!!!
Woos - Misty and timber
Lulu: "Our Dada says he is a bad Italian because he doesn't like cannoli, but he might be willing to try that pistachio one!"
