Watchin' Walkin' Waggin' Wednesday

It was SUNny'ish Tuesday morning in TheBurg - yet overcast here -

a little less icky than Monday so we did do The KhondoRoute walk

Finally caught him watchin' late Tuesday afternoon -

Our Monday walk was just The Block due to the ick-factor -

The toast wait!

Now for the waggin' - it was for Auntie Di!

It was difficult get many clear and / or still pictues - Little was SO happy to see her Auntie Di!

We had a pleasant visit with Dad - and whilst we were there, Steve - The Brother Living In China - used one of those app things and called Auntie Di's phone - so there was some chat and reminiscing done!

Then back to The Khottage - Auntie Di returned to Khousin E - I went on my Tuesday CVS and MyGiant ROTE - then off to BobKHAT Creamery - then a friend visit - and finally, laundry!

Sadly, our weekend is complete as I head back to The GKP by 930am or so - and start the countdown to SUNday night at 7pm -

Tuesday Telling

Not the order I had intended for the post but for some reason, Blogger had a mind of its own - I reloaded some and just resigned myself to live with the placement of the others - but this is the

new Khottage kitchen rug - I had spotted in West Elm months ago - but the price was more than I wanted to pay - plus, the offered size was bigger than I wanted for where I wanted to put it -

I waited - the price came down - the available sizings were more to what I wanted - and I ordered it - with a backorder of two plus months - but FINALLY!

Worth the wait as I felt the kholors were khonsistent with The Khottage!

Monday's HIVE skEYE!

It was truly a BUZZ with activity - I can honestly say I've never seen it this crowded - so happy for them - and I SO enjoyed the regular drip khoffee - in anticipation of today being NATIONAL COFFEE DAY!!! I might have to hit a few of the local spots offering coffee specials or freebies!

I had hoped Auntie Di would join me but she was busy with some ROTE of her own - here is the Fall Seasonal Salad!

mixed greens, butternut squash, dried cranberries, pickled apples, candied walnuts, red onions, feta cheese, pumpkin bread croutons, maple vinaigrette

Hey Molly - we opened this Monday afternoon - furry nice!

I had planned our Monday to be our new SUNday - we did pretty well on that - we lounged - we walked - I did The Hive - did two errands - caught up on some reading - and am getting ready for our Tuesday - which should include some Auntie Di and Dad time - some ROTE - and a visit to Bobcat Creamery - oh yes, and laundry!

Monday MOMandNotMeDay

SUNday was another day without any - it was mist and drizzle and khlouds -

It looks like Waldo has made quite the khomfy spot -

Okay - backing away - backing....away...

The skEYE went I got home - and I see the bad moon arising -

Little says I khan TALK TO THE TAIL!

Ah yes - started The GKP day by 630am - left 640pm - done until heading back for 930am or so re-entry on Wednesday -

Got home - fed Little - vacuumed - and put down the new kitchen rug that FINALLY came - loaded up the dishwasher - and placated a certain Little with a tail treat!

Today will be mostly *AHHHHH!* day - although Auntie Di and I are going to HIVE it - going to try their new Fall salad - details to be worked out as our day progresses
