Monday MOM$day

SUNday was that - SUNNY!

As promised, Willow's NEW Khottage Roofday - this arrived about 645am Thursday -

This equipment is where TheRoofCrew discarded the old shingles as they took 'em off TheRoof -

As I have commented, Willow did really well - consider the amount of noise, commotion, and people out there -

She was wishing for TheBest fur all!

They put tarps down around the base of The Khottage to collect all the assorted khrap - it seemed to simplify and speedify their cleanup -

So stressed - but I was thankful to be able to be here with her - just in case - and to reassure her all was good!

My first shot of the finished product - but I knew I REALLY wanted to get another when the clouds moved along -

I hadn't taken a picture of Willow's OTHER payment for her hard work and understanding - 

I just tell TheBoysBarkingBakery Stand Human to just mix up the 11 biscuits - when one buys 10, one gets ELEVEN - I hope the extra 'ventures and all the other items, were enough compensation!

We had a standard SofaShift SUNday - vizit to Sheetz for the newzpaperz - and a latte for me AND some pickle fryz - and The GKP was painless!

We'll be sharing our Saturday 'venture here tomorrow - Auntie Di and Khousin Emmy!

Now to pick up with Part Two of Willow's FrEYEday 'venture - 

I had gotten a BOWL of the very yummy soup  so we also got some yummy bread -

The Dog got BOTH of the bread triangles - she had earned them on Thursday -

Not to mention, The Dog got them before I ate mine -

This was my 'dinner' as the soup was 'lunch' - I try to eat my larger meal earlier in the day - then more of a 'snack' late -

Our main reason for braving 'the desirable east end' - the term used by realtors about East York as to get some treasts from TheBoys'BarkingBakery

We wanted to thank Longfellow and Zeus - our neighbor Basset and Rotti - for tolerating the new roof - and some for a box that just might end up in The Mitten State - and for Khousin Emmy - and Willow got a DoggyDozen of new ones -

We had picked up some foodables for Auntie Di whilst at NEM, so Willow got a Saturday 'venture to see Khousin Emmy and Auntie Di - we'll share that on Tuesday since Monday will be WillowRooferDog's story - she did have a GReat time on her 'venture which included a stop for gas at BJ's - and finally, MyGiant for some human weekly foodables -

Then back to The Khottage - for laundry and more - THEN winding down to prepare for The Return Of The GKP Week -

Once again: WHERE DOES THE WEEKEND GO???

And the wet late afternoon - as promised, rain and snow arrived in the PM -

After all her hard work during the day, this was much of Willow's Thursday night -

FURst destination - NewEasternMarket - I actually waited until TheNissanMan left and I pulled up -

No pictures taken inside for it was the usual frustration of too many people - on their own mission - and not caring there were others out shopping as well - I'll explain tomorrow why we went - and now why I know it will be a L-O-N-G time until our return - but I did get lots of tasty foodables!

Took the 'back way' home back to our end of 'town' 

So we could pick up my order I'd phoned in from the safety of NEM's parking lot -

TaDa!

Seeing THIS let me know I'd be adding some KHAKE to my soup order!

After an extended photosession of our haul - and my tasty soup - it was NAP time - WE earned it - so much for the oh-so-much-needed vacuuming - NOW on The List for today -
