Lord PF watching the day take hold from his point -
Heading towards 8pm - 38 - Cloudy -
When we made a short stop at Leg Up Farmers Market after breakfast, I made sure to pick up a bag of this business -
A recent email from Leg Up included some of their story - BLIND SPOT -
I was feeling kind of beefy - so I wanted to see what was available - I added two new dryer balls - as the alpaca one we currently use is finally wearing out - YEARS later - and some cherry crumb pie might be hiding under there -
Ah yes - happily snoozing!
I had found this recipe 'out there' - and it had multiple things about it that appealed to me - of course I did substitute a bit - veggie broth as I didn't have any beef - and fresh garlic from Mad Radish - and one of the portabella mushrooms from our CSA -
I chose a tax piece from an area with a wee bit of veining -
Plus I had some other veggies I roasted from our Mad Radish CSA that included some red and golden beets - along with some parsnip - so that was my tasty carnivore meal - to be repeated today over some lettuce mix -
Happy Tuesday EvFURRYone!

Your beef dinner looks delicious and so do those cinnamon roll pecans!
I'm sure Willow enjoyed the beef tax. And would be glad to relieve you of any leftovers.
#1 says that her Mum made something similar with beef and she really has missed it. Maybe she'll try to make this, after some adjustments re "no-no" ingredients.
Looking good, Willow!
Woofs,

Lots of yummies in this post from pecans, to pot roast to pie. Mom makes a similar crockpot recipe with arm roast, beef broth, can of coke/pepsi, and lots of veggies. Bet Willow enjoyed her taste.

That looks outstanding.
Lulu: "Cinnamon! Because that's how we roll!"
