Our New Year's Good Luck Pork and Sauerkraut - I had picked up some YELLOW tag boneless rib chops at MyGiant - I marinaded them in Gazebo Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing - then just browned and baked with the sauerkrout onion pear apple brown sugar - and there are some mashed potatoes in the center of the plate - 👍

Willow signed up for a DoorDash job -
