What a surprise - yet another damp day -

One of their often FrEYEday specials is SHRIMP - so I was HAPPY to see it on the Tuesday list - with O-rings -

And this week I chose the toasted coconut ice cream I pondered last week - 

Part of the community spirit of this place is hos 'we' convinced the head KHAT's NOT to close it - they had contemplated doing it this Spring - and 'we' all came together and said NO - they did change their hours and offerings but still ended up with their BEST year EVER!

The baked product - some kept for me and some sent along with The Nice Nancy Stankus Lady - her son Matt was Di's pal in HS then roommate at ASU - and one of Di's other HS pals joined us too - a very nice night!

We had a wonderful evening at The First Post - one of those restaurants with long time woven ties to our family - 

I even had a drink - don't do much of that these days - another COVID casualty - the PEAR MOJITO was yum!!!

Nancy had even picked up a KHAKE - chocolate too!!!!

Thanks for all the wishes for Auntie Di - I know she appreciated the thoughts!
