From Sunday - scenes from The PF Palace
Ready to roll with the awesome new dogtag sent from ARIZONA by HarlowMontyAndSam's Mom - thanks SO much - what a GReat way to celebrate the FIFTH transportaversary for The Zen-terra - the first one was done June 8, 2008 - and since I didn't transport last weekend, this one is the OFFICIAL 5th one - Transport #14 for 2013 with Belle, Honey, Louie, Marie, and May passengers 50 thru 54!!!!!
This was surely an omen for a GReat day as I got to McD's in Merryland
With Yellow for Murray and a horse for Christine and Tommy's #1
Their Winchester to Hagerstown Escape sported this one - their driver Nadine was probably amongst the first five or six people I met doing transports so it was very nice to see her again!
Marie - with her nicely trimmed ears - showing her tongue
and her KHOY side
a HuskyLab mix with some PAWtential
Louie - I'll apologize for calling him a girl most of the day - the runsheet had listed all three pups as females - and I surely didn't check BUT their next driver did just before they left for Raritan - so sorry Louie!
Belle was soooo low maintenance - quietly being cute
PAWSylvania
Louie slept like this for a time - head hanging off and over
No one chose shotgun although Marie had whilst we loaded up in Hagerstown - I felt they left this seat of honor for all the pups that hadn't made it in time to be on a transport -
Yes, Louie did this for a time
Squee!
More squee!
The usual exit
The usual meeting spot but not this week - next stop Shartlesville - Exit 23 of I78
FINALLY I snagged a PTL for Murray - I mean, MURRAY KY!
Louie kept me under control!
Honey and her PAWty cone
Belle's comment on her being the low maintenance one - I guess she wanted to be the bad girl - with May's adorable BeagleGSD stare!
Off to NJ they go!
Harrisburg
More Harrisburg
Reading the messages from the road
Thanks Mom - NOW, let's get walking!!!!!
It was a long day - I had left just before 10:30 with the odometer at 135064 - and pulled back in just before 5pm with 135347 - there had been an accident on the northbound side of I81 around Hagerstown Exit 7 or 8 - this made traffic back up beyond Exit 5 that Nadine would need to meet us - plus, she had gotten out of Winchester VA a bit later than scheduled - we took a bit of extra time in Hagerstown to let traffic settle out but I still got to the next stop about 45 minutes or so behind schedule - didn't get a lot of pictures or videos as I didn't want to impede the day any more BUT here is the PHOTOBUCKET for this week's extended Zen-terra time!
We hope you enjoy FIVE more examples of how RESCUES ROCK!!!!!
Happy Monday EvFURRYone!

There is a husky/lab mix, Nougat, where the Vs are boarded. Aside from the fact that he does not like me, he is a great guy and the championnest shedder ever!
Woofs,
Tommy
Khyra'sMom - YOU ROCK!!!!
Those pictures of the pile of pups in the back of the Zen Terra are priceless. They sure were relaxed with each other.

BRAVO BRAVO Khyra and Khyra's Mom!
Khonkhats on your 5th transportaversary for the Zen-terra! That's a lot of rescues! And per our CPA mom, that's a lot of charitable miles deductions! :) We have to know, is there a manual for those puppy dog eyes because all the pups seem to do it so well!
Such purrty woofies!!!!!
I just want to snuggle Marie!
