Monday With Multiple M's Again

Early Sunday AM
*
*
Both Mom and Dad
*
*
Mom did a mini transport leg Sunday AM - more about that to follow - so she stopped to watch the PFs fur a while - she saw one go out fur breakfast - and hoped to wait fur it to return with a birdie baguette but the line must have been long - she did snag this pikh

The dark spot in the lower 1/3 of the pikh in the middle khloud is one of the PFs
Here is their building again - Mom has more pikhs she's inkhluding in this FrEYEday's PB slideshow
Now to see Cindy and CindyLOU
Cindy
CindyLOU
CindyLOU
Cindy
Cindy is BrittanyMix - Mom is guessing Cocker Spaniel or Cavalier KJ - from SC heading to RI; CindyLOU is a Brittany from NC heading to CT

Poor CindyLOU had a bad khase of nerves fur her Saturday and Sunday journey - Mom only had them fur about thirty minutes or so - she pikhked them up in Bainbridge PA where they had spent the night - and took them to Harrisburg to meet their furst driver who would be doing the leg to Allentown

They were very sweet girls and got Mom's day off to a great start!

Here is their Photobukhket Album Link - there are two videos and some assorted pikhs

******
Now to MY part of the day - I got to ride along to Harrisburg and The AMP/Earthlink Building to meet this weekend's lukhky khanines
Our charm - the blue building woo see in the bakhkground beyond the bank is The B&B Mom got me from
Mom khut the tip of my nose off but I look khute anyway
Heading fur fun
Waiting fur our visitors
Looking to see if anyone has snukhk up on us
Waiting patiently to meet
Baja and Jackson
Baja is heading to Pibbles R Us Animal Rescue - the same one Journey went to
Jackson is heading to his furever home thanks to Rotts 'n Pups Rescue
Baja with Jackson in the bakhkground
Baja
Baja
Me smiling in approval having met Mary, Marie, Baja, and Jackson
Jackson giving the furry nice Mary lady a hug - he was KHONSTANTLY hugging them - he wanted to hug my mom but I said SHE'S MY MOM - I'm the one that hugz her!
Mary even sent a pikh from when Jackson met his new dad -he hugged Marie goodbye!
This was the pikh Mom got on the run sheet fur Jackson - we didn't get lots of pikhs of him bekhause his Husky-ness had pulled Marie away from where Marie, Baja, Mom, and I were
Ready to head bakhk to I81 to head to I78 to head to New Jersey

I got to enjoy a yummy khow's ear on the way home! The nice Dalmation Reskhue Lady Debi had sent along a giant pakhkage of them!

It was furry nice to meet the nice Mary Lady and her sister Marie! Mom and I dedikhated the Photobukhket Album to them fur Baja and Jackson. Mary and Marie had driven the Charlotte to Roanoke Saturday legs AND then khontinued the rest of the trek to NJ on Sunday. They did this as a gift to the drivers so they khould spend Mother's Day with their moms and/or kids/furkids!

Mary and Marie are avid fans of Khyra's Khorner and were just THRILLED to meet MFT in the fur! My mom was furry happy to meet them as well! Mom gets to talk to Mary whenever she's the transport monitor but didn't really evFUR expekht to meet her given the geographikh difFURences!

AND bekhause they were kind enough to do this, Mom was able to help get Cindy and CindyLOU to Harrisburg Sunday morning!

SO, it was a win win winning weekend!

Here is the Photobukhket Album link fur Baja and Jackson with videos and pikhs; here is the link fur the slideshow

I hope all of woo had a pawesome Sunday with your special peoples too!

Hugz&Khysses,

Khyra

Every weekend is a winning weekend thanks to the work you do. And Baja is one of the most beautiful pitties I have ever seen. Would love to carjack you for that one! ;)

If I didn't know better, I would think that the mess of fluff in the falcon's nest was some of the fluff that mom brushed out of me yesterday. Our yard looked like a bunch of birdies!

I like your big smile in the "Heading fur Fun" picture!

That was very nice of Mary & Marie to let everyone spend time with their kids/furkids. I'd like to help with transports, but I don't have a car big enough for crates. I'll try to look out for any that don't require a crate.

I see what you mean about the eyases (such a cool word, by the way) growing every day. I used to have Zebra Finches - much smaller than PFs! But the finches had babies and it was so incredible watching them grow and watching the parents teach them.

There's a county park near me that has an environmental center with one side of the building being all windows with chairs. Outside the building on that side are a bunch of different types of bird feeders and man-made nests, so you can sit and watch all the different kinds. It's really cool, and very relaxing. They won't let me bring Layla though.

What a wonderful and productive mom's day you had. Our human (the staff as we sometimes refer to her as) always gets all mushy at the khute dogs you help.

Hey Phyll and Khyra,
Another day of good deeds and good works! We are proud of what you are doing. And uh, Jackson, the guy who liked to hug, you couldn't permit him to hug your Mom? I guess your inner rescue had trouble with that some how? Stella probably would have been the same way. Here are a few hugs and kisses for you guys from us,
