Monday MOMday

A foggy start to the day - soon to be a wet one - 

The rain did eventually cease - and the sun made assorted appearances -

Heading to 730pm - 53 - Mostly Cloudy -

After our FrEYEday lunch, after taking things back to The Khottage we were off again -

It was OPENING DAY for Sweet Willows Creamery 

We told Brent -aka THE ICE CREAM MAKER AND CREATOR - Sweet Willow was here for opening day -

He fix hers straightaway -

She made sure to thank him furry much -

I had made my choices last week when he announced the special flavors  for the opening -

Milk Chocolate Mini Cadbury Egg and Carrot Cake w/ Sweet cream Swirl

Willow was ready for us to go sit and enjoy our treats -

With happy tummies, it was time to head back to The Khottage - with an Easter Bunny bag for someone -

A friend from high school - Stephany was a year younger - posted her ice cream choices - the same as mine - on FB - she mentioned something about her husband and her having been the first ones as Brent opened the window for them - I commented we might have been third or so as another couple had been there and left as we parked - she made a comment about a woman with a red car and a dog - I posted a picture - and she said 'oh my I didn't recognize you - but yes, you were the woman and the dog' - we are going to coordinate our next visit to be there at the same time -whenever I mention Stephany to Auntie Di I preface with the family we crossed paths  with in Santee SC back in the 70's -as we were on vacation and stayed in Santee one night - and Stephany's family was on the York to Florida trip - yep - small world!
