I had run out of Mad Radish greens but I still made a fun and yum salad -

Wednesday's salad - oh so good - Mad Radish Spinach, carrots, radishes, shitakes - with ricotta, olives, and bread&butter pickles - The Veggie Vulture was compensated when I assembled it - she knows the routine -

And like THAT, the weekEND is rolling this way - the list is firming - we are set!
