Exited - with two potatoes for The DogS - Willow had one for her Wednesday dinner - and we sent one along with Auntie Di when she stopped in and surprised Wiggles!

What won't fit in the pie shell, I do in a greased pyrex pie plate - since there isn't crust, this is a Frittata -

Very happy with the potato salad - quite tasty - and since I've discovered the eight minutes in a covered casserole works SO WELL, I expect to do potato salad more often -
