Monday CHEERS from Fred!

 I got the very tasty salmon -with citrus butter - fire roasted khorn - mashed 'tatoes with gravy -

 Fred got his old faithful staple pulled pork sammie with beans - 

 I made this Tuesday night - oh so tasty - inspired by one of the Smart Choice meals of ricotta spinash and peas - I added SHRIMP!

 One of my Leg Up Farm khoupon finds was $1 off this basket of FRESH local Ricotta - YUMMMMMERS!

 I was happy with my khreation - had some Wednesday - and Auntie Di has a container waiting for her  

 Holly thinking!

 AUGUST has arrived - HOW CAN THAT BE?????

 And it will be a challenging month for NAT's #1 - they shared an August birthday -
