 My Blonde Sous Chef - although much of the time she was on the floor playing the role of speed bump!

 The MushroomSpinachPea risotto was so good a few weeks ago, more was 'on the menu' -

 Auntie Di got some takeaway when she came to visit Monday mid-day!
