About 10:15 or so, off I went
Headed for a coffee and to top off the tank - good thing - for little did I know my destination was to change
North on I83
Just short of Carlisle I saw this Arizona car trying to catch the horse trailer - not really, but it made me think of Angel Sam, Monty, and Harlow's Mom - these two actually got off and headed for The PA Turnpike
I saw a sign from our Sibe pal Angel Star that all was well North of The Rainbow Bridge
So, as I hinted earlier, my usual destination of Hagerstown changed - just short of Chester Hoover's McD's in Greencastle, Irina called to say the driver I was to meet was broken down in Winchester VA - and waiting for help - so since I was still on the road, I said I'd keep driving until we worked out something
So to West Virginia I went
Then to Virginia
I spoke with the driver - she indicated the driver who had driven the passengers to her would bring them to me - so I spoke with him - they were Exit 315 - this is the VA Welcome Center at Exit 317 or so - we met here
Doug
Opie
I had to head South to get off I81 so I could head back North - and MERRYland
The Potomac looking East
My passengers didn't mind the extra time to nap - so my leg became Winchester to Shartlesville -
PAWSylvania -is it really YOU???
Black and white for the black and white passengers -
Doug was all about watching the puppies!!!!
The USUAL exit for Harrisburg
They didn't get the chance to see the OTHER Doug and Opie - and yes, I do have KHLEAN THE WINDOWS on the list of to do's
Opie decided to reclaim the shotgun seat when I had to stop for some gas - I did NOT want to push it so I hopped off for more Zen-terra juice - I was at the 1/8 tank level and did NOT intend to run out after all the other adversity faced during the day!
He really was a cutie - and so thankful he had been saved from being shot 'if that dog didn't get off my porch' mentality - he was listed as a SpanielMix - I thought there was some Chin or Peke in there - maybe even Papillon?
Two of the BlackLabMixes
And the other two
Doug paid Debbi upfront!
Harrisburg!
Harrisburg!!
Harrisburg!!!
Approaching the six hour mark - and ready to be home
Mission Accomplished!!!!!!
Fluffy tail seal of approval!
All put in a full day's work helping The Zen-terra get these passengers closer to the furever happiness they knew during their time on Earth -
Thank WOO Furry Much!!!
Here is the Photobucket - lots of pictures - and two videos - I wanted to keep us as close to on time as I could - and managed it very well - it was due to those Angels keeping I81 and I78 clear for us!
Yep, RESCUES ROCK!!!!!!
Transport #23 with Passengers 88-93 is a wrap!
Happy Monday EvFURRYone!

hey Khyra,
Yay to rescues! Your mom is super! Such a handsome transport of pups, I pray they all find wonderful forever homes.
I love the photo of your nose hiding in the blankie. Adorable! And funny!
So sad to read of the losses. My prayers with all their families. I was especially heartbroken to read of Mr. Pip leaving us. So sad.

Your mom is very special Khyra but you already knew that didn't you? Our mommy fell in love with Opie.

I agree with the Chans - that does look like a lot of driving! You have a super Mom! I like the picture of Doug the dog making his "payment upfront" - so cute! I am sending great big hugs for the bearer of the beautiful fluffy tail (((HUGS)))!!
