Monday MOMday

The Male's Sunday evening's post
Lady PF with the peeps in waiting
A beautiful day for a drive to Merryland

To quote a certain Rotti Mom from California HEARTBUTT!!!

Sasha NEVER curled up to rest - she took her job of shotgun VERY seriously
 PAWSylvania welcomed us
This is for Sam and Monty's Mom - I'm still bummed I missed snagging a picture of a plate I saw on the way to Hagerstown - it was a Virginia plate that read EQUINE
Alta rested whilst watching the puppies

Whilst at the light at the Exit 69 ramp

Her coat was soooo wavy - here is her story from Petfinder -

Meet Sasha, what a very sweet girl she is. She's an all around very good girl too. She is housebroken, walks on leash, loves KIDS, CATS, PEOPLE, CARRIDES....you name it and she's into it. She's calm in the house but with her +3 yrs she has lots of live left to play outside with her humans.
This girl was no longer wanted after the family had to move, they didn't really take good care of her so she really deserves a family that is commited to her and her welfare. She allows you to bath her, clip her nails, lift her...gosh she is a big SWEETHEART.

I can confirm she was a SWEETHEART!  She gave lots of kisses during the entire trip to Harrisburg

Alta was such a great girl too - here is her story from Petfinder -

Alta was found dashing across a busy four lane rural highway in North Georgia.  When her rescuer and foster mom pulled over Alta came right up to the car and jumped in her arms.  This little girl is just amazingly sweet and has gotten along with several different packs of dogs in a very short time.  She is now in a house with 9 other doggies and is almost completely housebroken.  Alta sleeps great through the night in a king size bed with several other dogs and enjoys being outside for some playtime and sun bathing.  Alta is a very quiet girl and does not bark or whine; she's also not destructive and is perfectly happy to just nap.  She does love to go for walks and car rides and would make a great companion for any family.  Alta weighs about 12-15 lbs and she is about 15-18 months old

I will let Khyra share a picture of her with her new mom later in the week

Four characters for sure - and yes, they have a story to tell as well - here is theirs from Petfinder -

Very typical playfull and happy puppies, just like their brothers ( Django and Timmy), they were all rescues from a backyard breeder and spared a life of misery.
Hemi is the brindle brown female, very sweet loving girl
Doma is the dark brindle female, rules her sisters and brothers and steels all toys
Socks is the brown brindle female with " socks" on
Benji is the runt of the litter...half the size of the rest when she came to us...she gets extra loving and care ( treats and canned food) but don't let her size fool you....she knows what she wants and is not shy to go for it.
Just a very happy bunch of pups

Alta and Sasha ready to get back on the road to get closer to meeting their humans - Sasha only had to wait 75 more miles!
This week's passengers begged for this one - I got out and took a picture from the other side
I couldn't choose this week's Harrisburg shot so you'll get three

 Another Zen-terra Mission Accomplished

Fluffy tail seal of approval fur sure!

Here is their Photobucket link - four videos and an assortment of pictures -  thanks to ROTTS 'N PUPS, it was a great day - with 2013's Passengers #29-34!!!!!!

Yes, RESCUES ROCK!!!

Just before 10pm Sunday night, we got this update after I shared the Photobucket link with the drivers and others on the list

Awesome pics and videos Phyll.  Thank you so much.  Love what you said about Pibbles and how they used to be known as the nanny dogs (I tell that to people all the time).

So you can get yourselves ready for another bunch of cutie Pibble mixes in about 2 or 3 weeks...I just took in 7 yesterday.  8 weeks old and one is more precious than the next.  We'll probably have to split them into two runs but my oh my they are all adorable.

I've heard from Debbi H. who adopted Sasha (new name will be Sachi) and things are going well there (everyone is sniffing each other and making friends) and Jennifer also emailed me to say that Alta is settling in.  We all know that it takes at least a day or two for doggies to get their bearings and settle in properly.  Dori called and said all the puppies are doing great and one prospective adopter came this evening.  She will do hv when they decide on the puppy they want to adopt.

Have a great night everyone and thanks again for your help week after week

Happy Monday EvFURRYone!
