Walkin' Wednesday 2018

 Rain for much of the day -

 but by late afternoon, it ceased!  Sadly, not in time for us to do a Tuesday trot - too wet but 

 please enjoy our SUNday strolling -

 This was my view as I returned from walking to Sheetz - the glare isn't helping but there were two blondes watching -

 thru the top of the door - with screen -

 thru the bottom with snart -

I believe we are khlose to the end of the inkhredible blooming irises - but we are enjoying what we see -

Tuesday Telling

 NAK wants to remind evFURRYone to VOTE VOTE VOTE today -

 Monday's weather window - wet wet wet - good thing is was so SUNny for our Auntie Di and me day !

 Outside of Central Market -

 Our first stop was Mudhook - we had seen the visiting Airedale outside last time we came for some brews - 

We had two then headed to our next stop - but first some artsyphartsy shots -

 Looking west down Route 462 - aka Market Street - which turns back into Route 30 - and would take us across the country -

 Auntie Di cheating with Leroy - The LabraDoodle! - he was two -

 I started with an Atwater Coconut Vanilla Java Porter - Michigan does a good beer!

 Auntie Di had a Jolly Pumpkin La Roja du Kriek - which we used to toast Angel Dennis for we were at 

 Holy Hound - and their Holy Hounds are those V dogs!

 My Bear Republic Racer 5 IPA on the left; Auntie Di's Founders Oatmeal Stout Nitro on the right -again, GO MICHIGAN beers!

 My khoaster - just liked the name - but maybe next time....

 We wrapped up the Auntie Di day at District thai - we had actually intended to eat at another Thai place just across the street from Holy Hound  but we unsettled by our greeting and more there - they don't open until 5pm on Sunday - we went in 540pm - waited about five minutes or so before being greeted by someone in close to meltdown due to pressure mode - something about event at The Strand - were we headed there otherwise she wouldn't seat us - we took that as a sign they really didn't want our business so off to District we went - we've enjoyed it before but just wanted to try another one - their loss - and our gain for once again, we came away from District wondering why we don't do them more - and less than ten minutes or so from The Khottage -

It was a very nice day - good conversation at the venues we visited - good brews - good food - GREAT khompany!  Sadly, it will be our last SUNday to do things for now as Auntie Di starts a job on 11/11 - second shift hours of Sunday thru Thursday - and only 1.1 miles from The Khottage - so we tried to make SUNday special!

 One morning last week, Emmy was trying to keep morning away!

 Now for their exciting Saturday night!

Yep, none stop FUN!

Auntie Di and I had a special SUNday - we walked those blondes - they were toasted - I walked to Sheetz for a paper - we showered - then we went in town for a nice celebration!
