Heading to 5pm - 78 - Partly Cloudy - it was a nice 58 when we 'ventured to get our SUNday papers - and some nice temps showing for the week -

Positioning herself so doesn't miss a 'VENTURE!

Off we went - with a stop for gas - then to Dawn's for brunch BUT they were closed for the holiday weekEND - I had asked last week - they weren't sure - but I'll admit I was disappointed they hadn't communicated this on their FB page or website -

So off for some green paperS - and surprisingly, Willow must have noticed the total lack of cars in the bank lot so there was no whining -

Back out to The Trail - a left - then to head out to Route 30 -

Hazel Box Pick Up Day!

Willow was too quick for the Samsung to capture The Nice Kerri Lady's treating -

She did take this but missed the NOM NOM ing -

We did get some treats for our next two destinations - sharing and showing in the coming days -

Whilst Kerri was showing me their big news - and telling me about it, Willow just watched -

Next stop Mad Radish - then to see Khousin Emmy & Auntie Di -

WELL, Kerri's news involves fostering TWO Husky pups - one was heading home on SUNday - and one that was ALREADY HOME - BANJO WILL BE STAYING WITH Harper, Willow, and Gatlin - he's a KHUTIE!

After our Mad Radish & Auntie Di/Khousin Emmy stops, back at The Khottage with September's Hazel Box in place - Willow got a WILLOW biscuit!

'Venture Treat Tax PAID!

We had a pleasant SUNday - with a special 'venture in addition to our standard newspaper pick up - 

I am smiling the special RETIRED smile for today's Labor Day holiday - not having to worry about The GKP is SO NICE!
