Monday MOMday

Lady PF just before 9am -

Heading to 730 pm - 45 - Partly Cloudy - I am getting closer to switching on the heat - this may be the week -

FrEYEday night, Willow started to be ready for our Saturday 'ventureSSSSS -
And it started -
Wondering how her day would go -
A day of 'venture called for a tasty start -

We got the last two slices of Pear&Cashew Cream Tart - this one was for  Auntie Di -
Since we couldn't make to Iowa for a CELEBRATION of a life cut short way too young my evil Cancer - AML - a nasty to Leukemia - I wore an Iowa Hawkeye sweatshirt in honor him -
I chose Feature #1 - Turkey Provolone Bacon Spinach Red Onion Tomato Ranch Dressing on a Multigrain Panini -
Oh SO good!
The Dog Tax - red onion free of course -
Oh look A DOG - staring at her payment -
Which she approved and accepted -
See???
My slice - which was SUNday's breakfast -
NAK's Malamute Fella - NAS - Summit - sent her this for Christmas back in 2011 -
It was his daddi Greg that lost a somewhat short battle with his leukemia - he was just 65 and 2 weeks -
Everi day we think about NAS's Mummi Shelly - and know this was not how they pictured their stori was to wrap -
We are so sorri for The Lewis Famili's loss - and know that NAS's Dad has found him North of The Rainbow Bridge 🌈

We'll continue our day here tomorrow -

Happy Monday EvFURRIone -

All Of Us At NAK's Khottage
Now With KhattleDOG!

PeeEssWoo: Whilst getting a shower after putting the post together, I thought I would share something special Auntie Di, Nancy from Breckenridge, and I sent to try and make Shelly smile a bit - and she says it did -

Cancer sucks and it took Greg way too soon♥ We like the idea of having pie for breakfast☺ BTW, our heat has been on for a week or so now.

Foods look very tasty, especially the pear & cashew tart. Looks like Willow enjoyed the tax payments. And cancer is scarey and SUCKS at any age.

We were so saddened by the news about Greg. Life can be too cruel at times.

Love the tongue-out pic, Willow!

Woofs,

Java Bean: "Ayyy, we probably won't turn the heat on here for another month or two! Not because it isn't cool outside, but because Mama and Dada like it weirdly chilly in the house. Dada even would rather wear fingerless gloves than turn the heat on!"
Lulu: "I like it this way."
Java Bean: "Sí, of course you do, you Malamute/Siberian mix."
Lulu: "Speaking of Malamutes, I don't think we ever knew Summit, but that is sad news about his dad Greg. So quick! We send lots of tail wags to his family."
Charlee: "And we cats send lots of purrs!"
