Lady PF was there -
Lord PF was watching from there at the same time - |
Going on 7pm - with the same prediction of coating to inch or two - 28 - Partly Cloudy -
So Willow was letting Auntie Di know her WOOber would be there for her - but by the time we headed for her pick up, the destination would have changed slightly -
More resting - but Auntie Di just hadn't been feeling 'right' for the past few days - so she asked if we would take her to the hospital - which we did after stopping by her house so she could get a few things and attend to Khousin Emmy - we FINALLY got back here after 11pm Thursday night -
Auntie Di's BP was 92 over 60 when they checked her 0 which got her the DO NOT GET OUT OF THE WHEELCHAIR PROTOCOL - so in the morning she expected they were going to keep her until Saturday - so I told her after I had some coffee and decompressed a bit more, we'd go over to Khousin Emmy - feed her - let her out - etc -
Pretending she didn't hear me chastising her for running over to see Smoke and Lorraine's Grandpuppy -
Willow had no idea what the end run of this 'venture was going to be -
Since Di wasn't sure how long she might be kept, I grabbed some food - and a tether - and let The GR in the KhrossTrek -
I did use The KhrossTrek leash to move Emmy from her house to the vehicle - which was a challenge for she was 'energized' - or something like that - she did end up sitting in the front seat during the ride over - but too much drooling - and the seatbelt issue for the front seat passenger not being belted had me rethinking for the return ride -
Willow was a wee bit rattled - not sure why Emmy was with us -
She eventually did settle - as I show tomorrow -
But I wanted to thank Willow for letting her khousin come over -
And we wanted to let Emmy know all would be okay - Auntie Di did call and let us know they would be letting her go Friday afternoon - since I KNEW Emmy would go batshitcrazy if we took her along to collect Auntie Di, we took her home - and from there, went for Auntie Di -
Just talking to Di Friday afternoon, I knew she was feeling much better - her head wasn't pounding - her throat wasn't sore - her ears didn't hurt -they gave her some supplements and a shot - she had tested COVID+ -
So this week has been far from what we all expected it to include - but we rolled - or something like that -
Today will be a somewhat return to normalcy - Dawn's for breakfast - then to Mad Radish for our first CSA of 2025!
Of course, our weekEND will wrap tonight - and yes, I hear you: where did it go?
Happy Saturday EvFURRYone!
