And nest box time in the early evening -

Going on 8pm - another great day weather wise - 74 and fair -

Now for Saturday's breakfast 'venture - with regular guest WILLOW THE SUBTLE - 

Ready Mom - after all, we've got the special other stop after you pay the dog tax - you know, the one you shared on Monday -

Sunday's lunch - another yum!

Getting caught up on tasty stuff - the most recent quiche - Oriental Stir Fry veggie mix - done with a touch of sesame oil - cheddar cheese -

I think this was one of the best ones - in fact, last week's trip to MyGiant included another bag of the veggies and more Mrs Callender's Pie Crusts - and when I do make it, I'll add some mushrooms too - either some thinly sliced shitakes or some of the oriental straw variety -

Finally, this was SUNday's dinner - made it after we logged off - Eggplant Parmesan - made with my Mad Radish Eggplants and their last year's Marinara sauce - I made some Orecchiette - and topped the with mozzarella as it finished baking - the recipe was very easy - and I will make it again -
