Holly here - Khyra is PAWmitting me to take care of today's post
Just two TUEsday - it was an off and off wet Monday -
A year ago on Monday April 6, a certain Siberian made a trek to Roanoke - you can read about it HERE
To Spring ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Although I spent much of the time helping navigate the ride back to York, after several weeks with my wonderful vets, I was pretty wiped out - all those barking dogs and whining KHATS - so I pretty much crashed after I was sure it was really happening -
Now look at me ;-)
Khyra and I kept The Zen-terra safe whilst Mom was in Tar-J -
Khousin Emmy and Auntie Di had sent us a gift card for Valentine's Day - and Mom is all about the bargains - she had already scored two zucchini and an eggplant at Giant - she was thrilled with the above - and some ice cream and Bloody Mary mix - and I might have spotted a chocolate bar with the much treasured CLEARANCE stickers!
Here I am watching the Bassets - their humans let them out whilst we were out there - they have sooooo much to say -
They are sister and brother - I don't know them well enough yet to recognize them but one is Bella and I'm not sure of his name -
After they were let back in, I sat and stared at their door waiting for them to come back out - the KhrakhkBerry missed capturing THAT!
You'll notice a portion seems to be missing - let's say the chef had to make sure it was acceptable for us! She had used some olive oil but realizes for the next time - after all, there are THREE more in the freezer - she won't need to add any!
All things considered, I'm a pretty lucky girl - and I don't mind being called Little -
I miss my mom - and I know Khyra misses her Doggy Nanny - I'm sorry I didn't really get a chance to know her - but I'm pretty sure my Angel Mom Debbie and Khyra's TADN are watching out for us -
Please don't tell Khyra but I'm very happy she's my OLDER sister!
Thanks to evFURRYone who has watched my walks and read about my happenings!
Here's to more years of fun here at The Khottage!
Have a great Tuesday Ya'll!
After all, I was a Southern dog!
Paws Slaps,
Holly

And we couldn't be any happier for you, Holly♥
Good job Holly. You must have had a headache from all that yelling being done at the Vets. Good to be home for sure

We are so happy for you - for all of you. It was a big change for all concerned, but you landed a great family and home.
That was one great trip you took, Holly. Sad to be without your Mom, but so wonderful to have landed in such a loving home with a new Mom AND a sister!
