Thursday night Willow knew she would be needed in the kitchen for food prep assistance -
Since Duke and His Mom had shared THIS ON THEIR BLOG - I had kept the rhubarb in my Mad Radish CSA Box last Saturday -
Snoopevising from her standard spot in the kitchen triangle of the sink, the frig, and me -
After her shift was done - and her efforts baked -

Happy Gotcha Day, Willow, and you had Rhubarb Crisp for your special day and it looks sooooooo yummy! The rhubarb seems to be gone in our neck of the woods so now we wait till next year!
Those fluffs look like they're turning into ruffs. Nice teeth in the Willow rhubarb shot. Rhubarb was a big thing in my family but I never developed a taste for it.
