Just after 7pm - 70 - SUNny -

After getting back from breakfast, I put my floral gift in prepped water after snipping the stems -

Then off for 'venture #2 -

Our now weekly trip to NBC - I mean, can't pass up BOGO Bundlets -

The store is very appealing with gift items -

Now for the next stop before heading to Auntie Di & Khousin Emmy 

Then off to Maggie's Bistro for lunch - love our Foundry Plaza parking!

My birthday sweet - Maggie's gifts those on their list -

Strawberry Matcha Lemonade -

Auntie Di went with the Surf&Turf Drunken Noodles -

I chose Fried Rice - with Tofu -

Dog Tax Collection - Auntie Di contributed a piece of chicken!

Take Home container prepped - Dog Tax prior to adding the rest of mine -

Oh look - a DOG - we were glad to see she didn't forget us -

Auntie Di's chicken was last -

When we returned to drop off Auntie Di, this young one was nibbling on some grasses at the walk - and stayed there as Auntie Di went in - she chose to go to the right of Cholla to reach the door - and I snagged a shot -

This was the stop after NBC and before Khousin E and Auntie D - 4health was on sale so we picked up bags for each - Khousin Emmy is probably coming to stay for some days in a week or so - so this way we'll have food for her -

Eyeing what ended up being my Saturday evening dinner -

Tofu Tax!

Our BOGO was the same for both of us - the featured Snickers - Auntie Di had it last week and she said it was so good!

After her full morning and early afternoon, it was NAPtime!

The Almond Croissant was as tasty and special as I had hoped!

We had an enjoyable evening - I even had my first beer as a 66 year old - and that led to a full and productive Saturday - details to come!

Of course, like THAT we'll ask: WHERE DID OUR  weekEND GO?

I took this NBC to The GKP on Tuesday to celebrate ME - I thought it was appropriate -

My Officemate WFH in the morning then arrived with these surprises for me - whilst at Sips she told them it was for me - they sent along their wishes - and when I stopped this past Thursday, I told them Crystal had surprised me - and one of my usual Thursday morning faces had been in then - 

Corgi and Husky Human Paw Covers - aka SOCKS!

This nice mug - I will make it my official Tea Khup - as I have so many teas from The Republic of Tea - so this will be my incentive -

The Singing Canine card has singing canines when it is opened - I took it to lunch on FrEYEday so Auntie Di could get to see/hear it - and the floral one is SO my colors - and the Sips Cafe gift card!  Can't go wrong with that - right?!?

And since it was National Dog Day, I did a Mad Radish egg -

The topped it with 4Health Lamb&Rice -

The bowl was cleaned - and THE DOG moved just as I took her shot - thus The Blurry Heeler -

We had a very nice  - and BUSY - FrEYEday - a friend took me to breakfast  for my birthday - and as I told Steve, I would drive as Willow had to go along - she had a nice time guarding The KhrossTrek whilst we enjoyed dining at Manchester Cafe - just down the street across from the old Sheetz spot - and Steve paid The Dog Tax with some wheat toast -

Then it was our usual 'venture time - which we'll share here tomorrow - our Saturday 'ventures will be a bit modified as Dawn's is closed for the long holiday weekEND - but I brought breakfast home from Manchester Cafe so we are good - and will be adequately fueled for our other Saturday destinations -
