Monday MOMday

 Lady PF was in place early SUNday morning -

8pm - 71and Fair -

Having take Saginaw Road it was off to our 2nd stop -

Forge Hill Orchards - we had come in the Spring for 🍒 and 🍓 -

Off in the distance in the background - Sleeping TMI - for now - 

The edges are lined with WILD FLOWERS!

They had their tank sign painted recently - looks good 👍

I try each season to try a different variety - as long as the traits meet my taste requirements -

And since I like  Fuji, Early Fuji was a definite option - they have - I'm doing a quick mental count of their showroom's shelves, 20+ varieties -

We chatted with the couple parked next to us when we had arrived - the woman asked if the dog was a Corgi - told her about Willow - and included her love of car rides - she said theirs doesn't like them much anymore - I asked what they had - she was 90% Golden Retriever - the rest Afghan - I asked if she favored one breed more than the other - she said she looks like a Golden but with the long hair strands of an Afghan - she was a rescue - and her name was Fiona!

Doug was going to bag them separately but I told him they could go together -

Time #3 at this intersection - this time we would take the turn at 3 o'clock - and head towards Mad Radish -

This was my FrEYEday night's food prep - I should have taken a  before shot - as the pan was fairly full with volunteer tomatoes halved, a large onion cut/sliced, four cloves garlic sliced , and one orange sweet pepper - did it at 300 with some olive oil - for an hour ++ - then sprinkled a little sugar on it -

I topped the chicken empanada with some spoonfuls - a tasty win - and I'll repeat with the other volunteer tomatoes -

The Kitchen Helper - and she didn't get any of this - although she had a tomato whilst I was halving them -

Sunday's lunch - the Dawn's chicken noodle soup - I cracked on some black pepper after warming it - YES - A YUM - as was the Tandy Cake breakfast with my coffee !

Our WFH shift was another smooth one - of course, come Wednesday, you'll see Willow hard at it!

The Dog - I had popped the bag in the cooler bag - and she was smiling at a gal from Relief Buddies walking by with her 'labbie' named Debrella - I had gotten a good snoof of my feet -

Off to the right so we can turn on to Starview Road for the next stop -

On the way back - as we completed our 'ventures, we passed Dawn's -

Our soup and treats bag - Chicken Noodle - to be today's lunch - and TandyKhake - Chocolate  Mint Cake - Orange Dreamsicle Cake -

We did have a full day - complete with foodables and healthy stuffs too - and The KhrossTrek got a shower - 

Of course, *SIGH* the weekEND - where did it go?

Lady PF - 5pm - PF Palace - watching FrEYEday night arrive -

Where to Mom - I know Auntie Di sent a text just before 10am and caused a rethink of the 'venture plans -

The WILLOW Springs light!  No need for me to turn right today - so straight on Board Road -

We went to the Traditions ATM - green paper refre$h time -

Wondering what was next -

I decided we would stay close and local - and take  advantage of some FrEYEday specials -

After placing our order, we did a quick trip down the street to Plant Box so I could get a gift card for my officemate Crystal's upcoming birthday - as we had passed this vehicle which was parked by Rose's, I thought I spotted something - so as we left, I confirmed my sighting -

WOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey - it's the OTHER side of the skEYE yard shots - The Khottage is over there!

Back to collect our foodables - and congratulate Mi Rancho on their ONE YEAR anniversary -

El Cubano - half for lunch - and half for later - oh so good - 

The specials - Friday 12n-5pm, empanadas are $2 - so there is beef cheese chicken!!!

I just picked one to have with my sandwich half - beef - and the first Dog Tax item -

THAT one was snagged too quickly for a pic - so The Dog appears innocent and coy -

The cream cheese and guava - which was my lunch dessert - there are no words to describe how sinfully yummy these are -

My other dessert - to go in the weekend stash - Tres Leches Cheesecake - 

We were sad that Auntie Di needed some extra Auntie Di sleep time - but we made the best of it - she did call Friday whilst I was prepping slow roasted/cooked tomatoes onion garlic sweet orange pepper in the oven and hoped Willow wasn't too sad - I told her I tried to make it up to her -

Today is a Dawn's Breakfast stop  - then Forge Hill for PEARS - then Mad Radish for our CSA box pick up - so Willow will be adequately entertained!
