My furiend Ari The Khanine Naturalist http://outwithari.blogspot.com/ and her mom Kate live in Maine where it has just recently decided to bekhome SPRING! I had my mom take some pikhs of trees in my yard and/or akhross the street. Woo will see lilakhs, flowering pink cherry, a sour cherry in bloom, and a red bud (my mom's favourite). I've also inkhluded a shot of MOI!

Thank you so much for these very beautiful pictures. Lilacs are my absolutely favorite, and I love to fill the house with them (though mine won't be ready for another month). I hope the caninaturalist likes them too--there isn't much else to smell in our house once they start to bloom).

The Human Assistant loves lilacs too!
But last year a demented yard person cut down our big lilac shrub. Maybe there are sprigs of it out there somewhere. We'll have to go on a hunt!
