Tuesday Telling

I saw this ad in the newspaper and had Mom send a pikh to Frankie fur me - I thought he might want to skhhedule a trip to PA fur more snowmen - although I did wonder what parts the 40% would be off of? This place is less than five miles from here - I told him I khould meet him there in a flash - I thought he might want to skhore some bonus points with his mom by adding more snow khreatures but he said after 2-1/2 days of putting them away, even she was ready to make them 100% off!
And 'snow' Sammy and I wait
At least the temps were more khonsistent with Winter -
About 25 of my F skhale
-4 in the C world

We saw this on another blog Monday morning - akhtually a blog from the great state of Eva, Brice, and STELLA - but this one has greyhounds and great pikhs!!!

Last Wednesday we enkhountered this handsome fella
Sorry it is blurry - the flashie beast operator did better after this one but since he was so khute we've inkhluded it anyway
Meet Shep - he's a guide dog in training -
I furget her name - she and her Dachsie sibling live on the khorner right akhross from The Khlub entrance - the nice lady with Shep khomes and walks them during the day whilst their pawrents are at work
Shep is the 18th pup she's raised - she wasn't khrazy about his name either but - she had asked her khlients if she khould bring him along so he khould get some socialisation with other pups and peeps
******
Late Sunday evening, we got pikhs from Jed's furever family - here he is with his dad
And the new ladies in his life

Happy, eh???

Have a great Tuesday!

See woo tomorrow fur THAT day of the month!

Hugz&Khysses,

Khyra

Our snow has mostly melted away. You might like the ice that we have left, though! We hope you get some snow soon!

How can you STILL not have snow? I been doing all kinds of snowdances!!

Amy / Layla the Malamute said...

Very cool!

When we raised our seeing eye puppy, his name was Artic (ironic, right?). They said that all the pups in each litter have names beginning with the same letter, so all the pups in Shep's litter would have S-names. Then the blind person can re-name them whatever they want.

One day I'd like to be a puppy raiser again, but Layla doesn't like the idea much.

hey Khyra,

Jed is adorable! And so are his humans! A beautiful pup for a beautiful family! I love happy endings. And they all look so happy with Jed!

Shep is a beauty! Good luck to him!

Khyra, how can there be Snowmen if there has been no snow?! Regardless, you should buy those snowmen and then leave them in the sun so they melt in your yard, then you will have snow!!

Jed is going to be one happy and pampered boy...as he deserves to be! Shep is a handsome boy when he grows up he is going to have a very important job.

We cannot believe that you still sit, snowless, under your thinking tree. Someone somewhere is STEALING snow that should be yours! Maybe we can do a ChipIn to get you one of those snow making machines that the use at ski places.

Thank you for sending healing energy to my sister, Puff. She is home from her final Heartworm dose at the Vet and now we just believe and hope that in 4 months when she is retested that those icky worms will be gone! We believe that all of your wonderful prayers and woofs have helped saved her life!

Shep is so cute and must be a smartypants already if he's studying to be a guide dog.

My Grete woofie is in awe of him. She is only good for guiding our humans to the nearest squirrels!

Don't tell her I told you that.
