You're right - that's a very busy bird bath!

I bet even the birds are grateful for having some nice clean water to cool themselves off in this heat wave.

The baby robin in the water bowl is so cute! Maybe you should start charging admission to the birdbath! LOL! You could save up your money for a snow-making machine!

Hi Khyra - gosh, these photos are super-amazing! The splashing birdies are soooo cute - FH was 'squeeeing' like made! - your FH takes such pawsome pictures!! Actually, FH has now gone out to make sure the bird bath in our garden is full, since the weather is so hot.

And such lovely flowers too. But the loveliest picture - your flouffy tail - sigh.....!!

Wow Khyra, you've sure had lots happening at your house! We are so happy to hear that Rocky was found. Now we will keep our paws crossed they find Rudy.

When you are sitting out in your yard are you dreaming of last winter and all the snow? We are liking the summer but haven't had the high temps like the East has.

Aww, another lost dog? :-( Too bad he isn't attracted to baths like those birds are.

missbreezysbox said...

Hi ya! Lovely flowers. I hope the bulldog finds his way home soon.

I'm jealous of your bird bath. I'm going to have to get one. I've had birds in my yard a lot lately, due to new grass growing from watering-worms! I decided to turn the sprinkler system back on a couple of months ago. I shut it down when we had that main water line leak back in the Fall of last year.

Have fun watching all the birds.

Jan said...

Those birds look delicious.

Say it isn't so :( Rudy is so cute I am worried any finder wouldn't return him. That bird must know your Momma is a bird lover, and assumes you and Butterskotch are too?

Joe Stains said...

We have paws khrossed for Rudy and we are sending him luck to find his way home. We khan't believe your Aunt Di is leaving this beautiful place. I mean, it is 95 degrees and it is only 10am! LOL Mom and Dad are escaping back East in August, they khan't wait!

Kate said...

Those are great photos you captured. I can't get that close to the birds I see!

Poor baby...hope someone finds the lost doggy..sad.
We sure do love the pictures of the birdies Khyra. Have a cooler day

BeadedTail said...

You have to sit out in the hot sun and the birdies get to go swimming in their pool. That doesn't seem right.

Anonymous said...

boy those birds sure are rude, taking a bath in your drinking bowl!

Moose said...

I guess those birdies are really hot so it is a good thing you put out a bath for them! Pretty flowers! I hope Rudy is safe!

KB said...

So nice of you to share your water bowl, Khyra! Those birds look very happy to have a bath. Are you up next? Maybe the sprinklers would feel good in the heat.

I hope that Rocky is found soon.

Khyra! You have a swimming pool outside of your house!! Those birds are really having a time in it!! That is so cute. We can see them all lined up now waiting their turn! Your flowers are very pretty too. Mom said she has plenty of room on the spaceship for you and your mom and anyone else that wants to go! We will take off soon and we sure hope that Rudy is found safe and sound. Lots of love, Holly and mom
