Tuesday Telling

Khyra's mom here today - first off - I was thrilled to see both of The PF's Monday afternoon!

Shortly before 9am, The Zen-terra was ready to roll!

My special passenger - Oreo - pulled from a shelter in California - his unhumans were contacted but didn't come for him SO Chinese SharPei Rescue took him - had him complete the GCC - his transport left Beaumont TX Saturday morning -
PAWSylvania welcomed him - which meant only two more states until he met his mom - she was driving from Nanuet NY to Oreo's furever home in Connect-the-dots

He actually spent very little time chilling - he was one of the most active passengers I've had - nothing missed his interest - he had little interest in napping - he had a patrol route of windows - and split his time between Shotgun and guardian of the back!
Just short of Newville, the white Nissan you see passed us - with this very very FURRY awesome plate - Khyra's FLUFFY TAIL is wagging in recognition of Maine's efforts!

We met his next driver at The Magic Building in Harrisburg - he enjoyed the chance to see himself - that video is here - for some reason, it would NOT upload to his Photobucket - I tried FoUR times too ;-(
Oh that face - he must so handsome and sweet - I sent Auntie Di some pics along the way - she wanted me to make sure to kiss his wrinkles for her - which I did - proof is in The Photobucket!
I had a chance to snap this shot because traffic slowed just short of The South Bridge of The Susquehanna - the building on the right is The PF Palace!
 Harrisburg!

Mission Accomplished for the 11th time in 2014 - with Passenger #26!

Khyra agreed - what a great way to celebrate and honor National Shelter Appreciation Week - we hadn't realized it was underway until we saw it on Cleo The Grouchy Puppy's Facebook feed - since Khyra is also a shelter dog, we dedicated the leg to NSAW!

A great day for a special boy - that surely will not miss his California days!

Here is an email comment from someone associated with his transport

We have transferred many, and many were loving and so sweet.   However, Oreo is something very special!!!  I think we all must have felt that quality in him.  I am not sure his Mom, Dana, is on this email, but I hope so.  I want her to know that she has such an awesome, smart, loving and truly connecting boy.  We wish him the most loving and fabulous family, because he deserves that.    Can you tell we were impressed.......

And that was just the start of a flood of kind words about this special khanine!

Yep, RESCUES ROCK!

Happy Tuesday EvFURRYone!
