Tuesday Telling

I know many of woo have already read the update on Butchy's blog but I wanted to share it here - just in khase - the above pikh is Butchy, Miss Snickers, and her special fella Gussie - this was from his visit to Ioway to see his girl - their bond is so part of the reason Gussie and Muzzer have made this a special projekht - aukhtion and all - Butchy's pawrents will be letting him make THE journey soon - so if woo have any messages to send akhross The Rainbow Bridge, paw him a line - I'm sure he'll be glad to deliver it -

And fur those that raise their human eyebrows at The Blog World, pfffft to you - supporting each other - even if only virtually - is important - we've all been there and will be there again

Akhtually, today - being May 24th - marks the furst year since Max left us - and the third year since the furry special Tasha left us - and although I nevFUR got to meet Tasha, she is the reason Mom and I have gotten to meet Princess Eva and Brice The Handsome - and fur that we are still so thankful - in reading the post from Tasha's special mom and dad on the 25th, the piece they inkhluded is SO appropriate to all of us when that time khomes

Now to the post that had been parked fur publishing -

Khousin Abby was SO wishing she khould be at Khamp Khyra
Merdie and her smile!
Merdie and Harley with more smiles!
*
The Bleu tried to broker a deal - he was willing to trade his brofur Reufus fur Sweet Miss Merdie

Imagine the two of them together!

He looks innocent but

He even managed to steal MY shot

No worries - I knew Mom would just press the button again

Nosing in AGAIN!

Now fur Mom's sightings from Sunday -

I've already shared this one with Zona - and pawed her a note to ask if she knew these folks from Ontario -

Mom thinks of our pals The Basset Babes when she passes this one - it is along I81 near the Scotland Exit -

Mom saw this plate - and several others that made her smile - one was a NY plate with the first part DEX - she saw a TX plate that started with BK9 - they weren't vanity plates but nonetheless she found them thought provoking - and she saw one that was FIREFOX -

It was also a day fur destinations - she saw travel trailers and khampers with Flagstaff, Copper Canyon, and Cypress - along with these U-Hauls - here is one fur my Siber Pals in Roads Eyeland

And my blast furnace pal - Jack

This was a shot as she passed The Army Heritage Museum in Carlisle - they were having a big event - with special khoncentration on the 150th Anniversary of The Civil War

Another place to visit with a fun pal Red The Panda - Tennessee is also the home to Maya's Legacy which khontinues to grow - her mom posted to SiberNet on Monday they had a new member - Keyser was reskhued from one of 'those' kinds of shelters in KY not too long prior to THAT - I hope she'll share some pikhs soon - he sounds furry handsome and furry lukhky in that the shelter said he was chipped BUT had been passed around lot in his two years of life - well, The Nice Brenda lady says 'well, this is his furever home' - how khool is THAT!?!

Mom has some others she'll let me share tomorrow - something about Wednesday and Wings - I wonder what that is all about!

Here are a few videos to show some of the akhtivities from this session of Khamp Khyra - of khourse, more as the week progresses - ONE and TWO

Have a great Tuesday!

Hugz&Khysses,

Khyra and The Golden Khousins By Proxy

Your mom has such interesting fellow drivers on the road. Sometime we must stay awake and see if there are any out here.

The building on the Tucson U-Haul is the San Xavier del Bac Mission church which is over 300 years old. It's pretty neat. It's on the Tohono O'Odoham reservation.

hey Khyra,

Very sad first part of your post. We pawed some love to Butchy and family. We wish we could help. he is such a sweet and gorgeous pup. And we read Tasha's tribute, which put a lump in our throats as it was so sad. What a beautiful girl!

Poor Cousin Abby is missing out on all the fun. :-< The first photo of Merdie is classic! It looks like a halo is above her head! What a sweetie! And Harley's nose is hilarious!

Your Saturday night romping looked so fun! Khyra, great take-down of Harley!

Dear Khyra [and your mom],

I came over to say thank you for your visits over the last few weeks. It's been a difficult time, but made easier by the kindness of the dogblog community which was generous with its virtual hugs and love :) - all much needed and appreciated!

I see that Butchy will be making his journey soon too. *sigh* I hope it'll be as excellent as the one Mr T made.

Love to all xox

Thank you for the kind words about the auction. We are still in the "hoping for a miracle" stage, but we also acknowledge the reality.

Ummm...how far in advance do I have to book a spot at Khamp Khyra? I am thinking Teka would have a great time and I would get a break.

We are all very sad for Butchy. His family has done so much to try to make hm better. And now it is time for the hard decisions. All our paws are crossed for Butchy and his family.

We really think Khyra would miss Merdie Girl and we aren't so sure she would want to have to mentor BOTH Harley and the Reufus at the same time - can you just imagine.

Great photo catches on the transport and you know we love those vids.

Such a wonderful statement we could not agree with you more, though we do not have a blog we consider our blogging friends some of our BEST friends.
Wait till we tell "The Mom" that "The Bleu" is trying to trade Reufus LOL

Hi there foofy tail dog.

My mumma says she has heard about you from reading Norwood's bloggie. You sure do have a foofy tail. It is a fery sad time for lots of blog doggies & their families now. My mum says she was glad to have blog dog friends that made nice comments when my sweet Neve went to Rainbow Bridge. Those other people don't understand us & our hu-mans at all. But that is just sad for them.
Anyway Miss Khyra, you sure do look like a fery nice dog and you were having a fery good time playing with your cousins.

Great to see your cousins! Everyone looks happy and healthy!

Anyone that questions how much we care about and virtually support each other in our blogging family obviously doesn't understand the nature of sharing life's journey with a community who is passionately like minded. I hope those naysayers someday have a place where they feel as included and loved as we feel in our Blogworld.

My offer still stands! As I gaze upon the Khamp Khyra photos, I can picture Miss Merdie in divine recline right here by me!
