Now fur our Friday night hawk enkhounter
The pair was hanging out - one flying - and one in the tree

It kept looking one way

a skhratch then
off we go ! Mom and I stood there fur a few minutes with Mom's paws ready on the flashie beast button fur when the hawk took flight - this shot was okay - but
this one got the big khool award!
We want to share this video link to a feature that was aired on our Friday evening news - it is more pawesome Hawk stuff!!!

PeeEssWoo: We lit a khandle Monday night fur a special Siberian now living North of The Rainbow Bridge - Ch. NorthWapiti's Valkyrie Kara - she will always be one of the nice Karen Lady's most beaWOOtiful Pretty Sled dogs - she's always been my role model - both fur her talents and her name - my SibeSta Kyrye's name was derived from the word Valkyrie and of khourse Kara -well - furry khlose to my Siberian heart - wear your Silver Harness with pride and enjoy the special CLOUD of honour - maybe I'll learn to be good with khats too!

hey Khyra,

I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful pal Kara. I just pawed a note to her mom Karen. You both wrote such lovely, touching tributes to her. She must have been a very special pup.

Cat kooties are unacceptable, especially around your tree! The nerve! How did it happen? Are you getting soft on kitties? :->

Your mom's hawk photos are fabulous! And we agree, the last one is a "big khool" award winner! Wonderful shots! And love the updates on the PF mom. And the video was really interesting. Such pretty birds!

Maybe Brofur was just paying respect to Kara by showing a little cat respect to the dog tree. If she had left a Dentastix, then you would have known that was the case.

Good shots of the hawk! Our flowering trees are getting close too - now if the weather could only make up its mind to stay warm!

Can't wait to see what you have in store fur us tomorrow.

MFT, we think Brofur was actually helping you keep watch over your tree while you were busy hiding biscuits.

Have you and your Mom figured out if those two hawks there are male of female? Interesting.

Godspeed to Kara - another beauty crosses the bridge.

Silver harness... sniff, sniff...

Cats! We used to have some bad cat neighbors that walked on our cars, but they went away and the last two families in that house have had dogs.

So sorry to hear about Kara - our thoughts go out to Karen. Love Butterscotch sitting by your tree (and your allowing that!) - also love that pic of you "asking" for a walkie! We are very whiny when we ask Dad fur a walk when he gets home at nite and is tired heheh! Exciting PF news (!) and amazing hawk photos - you are right - top khool factor in that last one! Wowzers!
