 Another day - and another day WITH RAIN!

 SUNday's risotto - mushrooms - spinach - frozen peas - veggie stock - onion - garlic - gruyere - arborio rice of course!

Sorry the shots are so blurry - must have been too close OR excited over THIS - I did taste another spoonful on Monday to make sure the container I saved for Auntie Di was still 'good' - YEP!!!

Due to all the rain, our Monday was just another do nothing couch day - no complaints from The Khanines!
