Tuesday Telling

  From Their Web Page
2/1/2016  ::   2016 Nesting Season Update
Around mid-February, the peregrine falcon adults will fittingly renew their pair bond and spend more time together at the nest ledge. Viewers can observe the falcon pair exhibiting ritual courtship behavior. This courtship behavior includes vocal interactions, hunting skills, food offerings and spectacular displays of flight. The male does these acts seemingly to demonstrate his ability to be a good provider. The first egg should arrive around mid-March.

The male is entering his 13th year. He fledged from the Walt Whitman Bridge in Philadelphia in 2003. The nearly 7 year old female fledged from the PA/NJ Turnpike Bridge in Bucks County in 2009.

For more information, photos and updates, be sure to follow the falcons on twitter @falconchatter.

When it was time to turn the page, these were our new images!

 Here is part our hard work to make sure we would NOT be furgotten on SUNday

 Mom thought some of these images were interesting enough to snap and share -
 She had visions of the hull of a ship here - and then some nasty earworm from 'Titantic'

 No doubts about The Deer Doggy Trail

 Yes, I did manage to get my leash khaught under my leg as Mom took the shot - I'm so all about adding to her 'fun'!

Happy Tuesday EvFURRYone!

We wonder what that beady eyed little hoggeh will say about Spring!?!

Hugz&Khysses,
Khyra

Your mom got some great artistic snowy shots! We sure hope the groundhog says 6 more weeks of winter. Heck, we've hardly had a winter yet!

Are you doing Ididtawalk again this year. Khyra? We haven't signed up for the fist time in years. #1 is just feeling tired and a little blah right now.

Woofs,
Tommy
