Monday MOMday

Some furry khool PF shots - BUT woo will see more below - Mom dropped by to chekhk on them whilst returning to us -
Speaking of chekhking on things, we were reading the pee mail left here - we shared it with our pals in OP KS and they reminded us we should send it along to Reilly and Denny - so we will!!!

I am going to let Mom take ovFUR now - grab a khup of something fur there are lots and lots of pikhs!!!

 The first YELLOW for MURRAY!
I wonder if Area-GA is like Area 51?

 Blue-57 for sure
I was quite bummed this turned out so blurry as I thought it a great omen to see this awesome Jag-U-r from NC since French Tommy's #1 has a very special Jaguar too
Say hi to NC Tommy  - soon to be NJ Tommy

Given our recent jungle weather, this was QUITE appealing!

Tommy on his way to Allentown
Since Khyra and Khousin Merdie were able to keep The Doggy Nanny company, I decided to take a side trip to see The PF's - I pass it each time I head back to York
I thought the combo here was quite appropriate - Greyhounds AND Texas!  Actually, the PF Clubhouse is across from the bus and train station so I got to follow that bus!

You can see the stick extending out from the ledge
I got to chat with the group watching out for falling falcons - this volunteer said as soon as they hit the street or sidewalk, they go for them - and get them back to the ledge
I guess that is the official rescue kit

She said she feels like a proud grandmom as she watches some of the past Harrisburg PF's - especially since one of them she had rescued during one of its first flights - I told her how many followers they had from around the world since Khyra shares them on her blog

Khyra insists I take her to greet these buses one day - although I explained to her it stands for Capital Area Transit
Another YELLOW for MURRAY along with an appropriate shot of the very large flag always flying at this dealership - especially since this is Memorial Day Weekend
 This week's shot of Harrisburg
 Another YELLOW for MURRAY!!!

Mission Accomplished!!!

It was quite the great transport - Tommy was incredible - and now home in NJ!  I spoke with Mary B Sunday evening - Tommy's new mom Maureen had already called her saying how much in love she was!  Maureen has a best friend with a Golden Retriever best FURiend - so now Tommy will already have a new furiend in NJ!

We did the transport for Angel LassieGirl AND for Mary B - the coordinator for RNPR - and a very special friend to ALL animals - and some humans!

Yep, RESCUES ROCK!!!

Have a great Monday EvFURRYone - and please don't lose sight of what today means here in the US - it is so NOT just the start of the summer season - or a day for sales and picnics - it is all about MEMORIALS to those that gave their all

Hugz&Khysses From All Of Us At Khyra's Khorner

BTW, you'll hear Peggy and me talk about a missing dog during the video - here is a link on The Granite State Dog Recovery site about the sweetie pie - she got loose on a transport - actually at The Cracker Barrel my early transport days used for handoffs - it is up on top of the hill

Mom says that she remembers riding in a '57 car, only a lighter shade of blue, when she was a whole lot younger!

Our Dad would love that 57 Chevy - his family had one too.

We just heard that there is a peregrine box on the Commerce building in KC,and that there are now 10 falcons living in our area.

Tommy sure is a handsome boy.

Happy Memorial Day.
