Mom's transport today - Sunday afternoon from Hagerstown to Harrisburg - will be fur the Paw It Furward I did in khonjunkhtion with my #900 post celebration

Well, we'd like ours in honor of the Fort Worth 28 -- especially the four hounds who finally got out of that hellish situation only to die of distemper after they went into foster care. It just seems so unfair that they got so close to living wonderful lives and then passed away. We're hoping that the others survive and are now permanently on the road to recovery.

Mom won't get many pikhs fur most of the passengers will be khrated - and not pawmitted out - I'll let her tell woo about all of them on Monday's post - she will have 'Buckaroo' to ride shotgun with her - he's a 4month old terrierx - the others are five Chug boys and four Labx sisters - one of which is deaf - the Chug boys have a sad story BUT all that is in the past now they are on their way North -

We don't have any free dog parks in our little town. Not sure I would get to go, even if we did. Mom experienced a guy with a guy at a park years ago, and it sort of made her not want to be with people she didn't know.

Looks like Merdie's fur is starting to grow out a bit...that's how you can tell that the hot season will end soon. ;) We are having a VERY cool August with practically no rain at all. I just hope we'll get a pretty fall this year!

Your Mom is definitely the underground RR-XTerra of doggies, Khyra. Wow, what a post and me and Mom looked at every link. so sad about those poor greyts... but Kathleen's drawings of Martin are just amazing - what a tribute.
