Tuesday Telling

My special mission included two puppies and
Brandy! I think she was calling for pizza!
At home with Khyra's Doggy Nanny
What sweetieS!
The female (front) and male!
Perri and Winkle

Who's up for ball?
Just taking a break from this MOM thing
Khyra says she knows how Tommy feels when he paws about what is going on in THE BACK ROOM!

Brandy and her babies travelled from Kingsport TN to Roanoke VA on Sunday. Their overnight hostess was travelling to Maine so she was passing through 'this' way BUT the foster home hostess had to work until around 5pm.

I was contacted by Brittany Rescue to see if I could help in any way! OF COURSE!

So, I met Brandy, Perri, and Winkle at The Cracker Barrel in Harrisburg THEN brought them here until their foster could pick them up after work.

As you can see by the pictures, Brandy made herself quite at home!

Here is the link to their Photobucket Album - I have two videos there too!

The pups are about two weeks old so we did not handle them any more than we had to. Their eyes were opening for their journey to homes of furever love!

Brandy herself is not much more than a pup - she's guess-timated to be a year or two old - having seen her in furson, I would say closer to a year. She SOOOO needs some weight on her too. She's a great mom!

Khyra did reasonably well given the excitement of it all! She actually wanted to be inside with us almost all the time if you can imagine that!

Khyra's pal Indy's cousin Amber crossed The Rainbow Bridge on Monday SO we dedicated this to her memory and her family! (please paw some words of support for Indy's family)

******Sunday's Spot! I wonder if there is anything else stashed in these khushions?*Pffffft Mom! Fur my pal Frankie Furter's Mom One of my MANY let me outs on Sunday!

Hi Khyra
I am sorry your friend Amber has gone to the Bridge. We will go send some love.
Those babys and her mom are precious. Mama is a real beauty.
She is so young to have gone through all these life changing moments.
I am glad that your mama was able to help

Wow, a mom at such a young age!! I'm glad she's going to her new home!

I'm also glad you didn't get snowed in and could make your puppy run!

Please tell her to get extra PUPPARONIs on the pizza! :)

Awww, such cuties! It was furry nice of your human to pupsit for them!

We went and pawed a happy birthday note to Suki Marie. We definitely support canine cancer after what our dear friend Kelsey went through.

We are also very sad about Indy's cousin Amber. She was such an adorable girl. She had a long, and very loved life, but can now run fast and free with so many others at the bridge.

Did I tell you one of our human friends just got a bit the knees dog from the rescue people too? You were very considerate to let her stay at your place with the pups, but I think that lap sitting was a bit over the top. Doggy Nanny is a soft touch.

Brandy is a very sweet mom, isn't she? She may be very thin herself, but she is raising two beautiful butterball babies there. Mom wants to have you send them to her.

And MFT, you are such a gracious hostess to share your home with those three traveling pups. Santa will reward you well for that.

We wish Brandy and her puppies all the best in their new furever home. They are cuties. Muzzer says she is quite good at fattening dogs up, just seems to come naturally, so maybe we are on the way to finding her a mission.

How touching! Brandy and babies on their way to loving homes during the holidays. I love it. I love to hear about animals finding good homes. I wish we could take more in our home, but we will, soon. It's been a while now and I know Mom's itching for her rounds at the shelters. She says we need to be a little more balanced before she does, but I can see her desire. Khyra's being so nice, having the space invaded like that. Great post!

hello Kkhyra, I been missing a long time.

Just popped by to wish you, your Mama and the Doggy Nana, a very Happy Christmas and a good New Year.

We have slowed down with our blogging so much because real life got so busy here. So not commented very much just lately.

My J had a quiet evening tonight before the 'storm' so she is trying valiantly to catch up (her words!)

I liked the picture of you, where you looked like you were winking at the camera, very good!

Lovely pics.

Have a good 2010. We may be even quieter in the New Year, just 'cos things have got so busy.

Brandy is so cute and she looks so fun! I just love her face and coloring! And those puppies! What can you say? Who doesn't love a puppy! I bet you wanted to just play and play with them! Your mom is so special to help all these doggies!

Khyra, you do the best tongue-sticking-out photos that I have ever seen! Where did you learn that trick? Too funny!

On a serious note, so sorry to hear about Amber, especially right before Christmas. Sad.
