Monday MOMday

From the walk Mom and I took when she got home
Here is a pikh she snapped of me last Thursday - it was in her khrakhkberry - as woo will see when woo read Mom's pawings, the flashie beastie went on strike fur most of Sunday's transport - but thank dog and praise cheeses fur the Khurve!

Take it Mom!

Thanks Khyra!

Although the YELLOW for MURRAY was a good omen, the camera did stop working as we left Hagerstown. Last weekend, Happy bumped it towards the end of our time in Harrisburg - and for a time, the lens was stuck in the out position - but eventually retracted - the same thing happened today - I'm hoping a good cleaning my help - for I'm not ready for another one yet - as it was, the coffeemaker went DOA on Saturday - but Kohls came to the rescue Saturday evening!

North towards Harrisburg

Shortly after getting on Route 581, I saw this bumpersticker that made me think of a certain Goldendoodle in UT - and so NOT Fiona!

More YELLOW for MURRAY - I told the tranport list I would include a link to why the YELLOW for MURRAY in the Photobucket -

I was bummed for just ahead of the minivan was a vehicle with a great plate that read CREWZING - thought it would have been great for SummV and his Iowa Crew - which is how his mummi refers to them! I also saw a large white Toyota SUV with GR8WHT - and another car with FIRECRKR on it!

Yes, a YELLOW coat at McD's!

Khyra had sent a KHLUMP along for me to let free in Merryland for her!

The driver I met in Hagerstown had this on her Explorer - I thought it quite appropriate!

Veta ready for her closeup!

Thea not quite sure yet

Curve shot time!

Whilst waiting at Bob Evans in Carlisle for their next driver

Thea in Carlisle - such a sweetie

Heading back to I83 - no Harrisburg shot this week as I hadn't had to cross the river since we met in Carlisle - but just ahead about a mile would be THAT shot!

Back towards York

Mission Accomplished - this time for LaMancha Animal Rescue - and Thea and Veta

Late Sunday afternoon we got the email they had arrived and were settling in - I'll share the email in another post for I don't want to risk pasting it in here now - with my luck from the past few days, I'd lose the entire post!

Since the camera had crapped out, I didn't get a chance to do a dedication video BUT the run was for our pals in MN and IA that made Khyra's Trek to The Tundra a reality! Thanks V and S! I couldn't help but think of Thelma and Louise each time I thought of Thea and Veta - and somehow I pictured Shelly and Vicky taking their turns too!

Here is the small Photobucket for Veta and Thea - with just one video - I'm glad I did get the one I did so you can see how beaWOOtiful she was! I'm sad I didn't have the chance to do the same for Thea

Once again, we can so see why RESCUES ROCK!

You almost got away with no flashy beasts Khyra! Our mommy bought a new camera over the weekend because she's afraid her other one will break. *sigh*

The pups are so cute again! Their eyes always call to our mommy! Thanks to your mom for helping them get closer to their furever homes!

Khyra, we really hope your Mom's camera is okay again! No fun when the camera starts acting up! We take so many photos as well that our camera tends to get a bit funny sometimes as well!

Thanks again for the yellow for Murray - even a yellow coat! Your Mom is great at spotting yellow for Murray!

We've had a few new friends ask as well about the yellow for Murray so the link was great again! It is wonderful to see people so interested in why 'the yellow for Murray'!!

Thank you once again for your Monday yellows! It may take us a few days to catch up but we always do and it is such a treat for Murray to sit down with Clive and his Mom and catch-up! He went off to school in great humour this morning after seeing this post!!

best wishes from us all

Must be time for cameras to die. We dropped and broke our point and shoot yesterday. I was SOOOO sad. But I just ordered a new one from Walmart.com it is a Kodak 14 MP and was only $59 and that included free shipping. Comes with the batteries, charger and case to carry it in. Just in case you need another one that isn't super fancy to get the job done for you. :)
