Tuesday Telling

Of toys and tails and wings ! ! ! Since khamp's opening, the toy level has dropped to this point - we are expekhting the toy basket to be emptied by the time khamp khonkhludes!
Merdie is amazed by The Kid's talents with toys

Master Innocence

Blurry bekhause we moved as Mom shot it - but woo khan see I was planning

MY ATTAKHK!!!

******

There was khwite the avian gathering last week

Mom khaught some ahhhhhh moments with a parent taking khare of their wee one

*

*

More ahhhhhhhh!

It was so warm they were just plopping and puffing!

And gathered under the shade of the shrub

Then Sunday afternoon whilst uploading the transport pikhs to Photobukhket, Mom spotted this khreature - and she realised she had to go outside and get some better pikhs

It was a Baby Jay!

*

So khool!

Of khourse, the wee one was NOT safe from the video treatment - here is the furst one Mom shot -

Mom spotted himher again during the evening so she went bakhk out fur more pikhs

*

Flap flap!

Then after we got bakhk from our walk in the tropikhal rainforest of Pawsylvania - I mean 81 degrees with a real feel of NinetyFREAKINGSix - Mom spotted her pal with Mom, Dad, and another featherling - so yes, out she went - khamera in hand

As you'll see in THIS VIDEO, it flew from the fence to the tomato khage - she does feel badly fur the eye issue going on but she khan't risk hurting the wee one by trying to help -

What a ham! We got some pikhs in the afternoon of one of Baby Jay's parents feeding himher - we'll share them tomorrow!

As Mom said in the last video with JoJo, she's off on a special transport later today - my furry famous pal INDY - if woo don't believe me, chekhk out his appearance on DAVID LETTERMAN - had his mom paw my mom to see if she khould help get a special PRINCESS from Rockville Merryland to her foster home khlose to Bethlehem Pawsylvania thanks to Harnessed To Hope Northern Breeds Reskhue!

UPDATE: SINCE PRINCESS WAS PULLED FROM THE SHELTER, THEY'VE TAKEN DOWN HER LINK - WOO WILL SEE HER ON MY THURSDAY POST - SHE'S A REAL BEAWOOOOOTY!

Mom will meet Indy's mom in Gettysburg then chauffeur Princess to The Wawa near Allentown - I think she'll shutdown the ThinkPad when she goes so I won't be able to visit AGAIN - but all fur a good khause - with a special dedikhation too - this is our part to keep Cody's message alive - even though he almost was sent North of The Rainbow Bridge through no fault of his own - in fakht, we thought he had been but as we were prepping fur tomorrow, we saw he might have been saved in time - Mom is trying to find out if he was!

UPDATE: YES! It is true! Cody was reskhued in time! So the transport will be in his honour and those that made a difFURence and NOT in his memory!

Mom has already started prakhticing being strong as she tries to find the words fur the dedikhation video -

Thanks again fur the kind words on the weekend's passengers - they were khwite the khuties!

Hugz&Khysses,

Khyra and The Golden Khampers

The toy issue looks a lot like what goes on here!

Cool birdie pics and video! How cool he/she let you get so close!

We, too, were so happy to hear about Cody! It broke mom's heart when she read that he had been pts when there were so many who were trying to save him! A wonderful turn of events for sure!

Those blue jay birds are pretty fierce. Lucky for the DOH that mom and dad bird weren't around or she would have been in big trouble.

I love the close ups of the baby Jay. They are sooooo pretty.. butt they don't have a temperment to match their beauty. I'm just sayin.

Now about that toys VS box issue.
If Toys were Meant to be in a BOX they would COME in a box. That's my story and I'm stickin with it! Liberation fur all Toys!!! FREEDOM!!!

Another transport? Your Mom is a good person. Hope all goes well, and yes, we were so happy to read the good news on Sibernet about Cody.

We will have to check back later to see the videos. For some reason it keeps stopping and starting on us. Mom says the little birdie is cute, but she has been divebombed a few times by those big bluejays - they can be pretty fierce. So tell your Mom to watch her back (and her head).

Toytime here like that too. Ciara isn't content until the family room is completely strewn with toys. Way to go, Harley.

The birdie pics are all awesome! Fanks for sharing.
We are sending love and purrs for all the sadness. We know it doesn't make the sadness go away ~ but maybe it helps knowing others understand.
Rescue Rocks but tragically not all are able to be saved. We are SO proud of you for trying though. Thank you. xx

Hello Khyra and Khyra's Mom! I'm just getting back into town after being gone for a few days and thought of you all on Sunday when at a rest stop there was a transport taking dogs up North from somewhere south--In the front seat of one of the cars was a Sibe named Yukon, you and Merdie would have loved him, he was very, very handsome!!
