Mom wanted me to share this link from Saturday evening's NBC Nightly News - they were at the big adoption event going on in Joplin MO - of khourse, we got all leaky eyed fur multiple reasons - sad thinking about those lost - those that lost homes and lives and furamilies - sad thinking about all the others around the world looking fur a home EACH day - yet we were happy to see the smiles on all the species featured in the piece - especially the two Sibes!

Now fur this week's passengers - all going to furever homes - although one of them has to wait a few weeks until their furever people are ready to receive them

Reed - who has a big broFUR Boxer Ugo waiting fur him - his mom is one of the khoordinators fur the Pibbles N More - and she'll be driving from NJ to Allentown then to Khonnekht The Dots then bakhk to NJ so she khan pikhk up Hotch, Reed, and Rossi - deliver Hotch and Rossi to their peeps then take Reed home FUREVER!

Thanks to The Nice Mary Lady in Charlotte, tThis girrrrrl khaught up with a ride with this transport in Virginia - she's Sakka - fur now!Morgan will go along with The Nice Peggy Lady Mom will meet in Harrisburg as she takes his brothers to Allentown -she and her husband will keep fur Morgan fur two weeks - and Sakka Fur Now will get off in Harrisburg as well
It is time fur me to paw my weekly message about trying to wade through the bogs - I mean The Blogs - Mom and I have tried so hard to harvest them but they are growing more khwikhkly than my staff khan plukhk them - we might have to bring in THE BIG PAW to work on 'em

We caught that segment on the news and were so happy for so many pups. If we had gone there, we would have opened the vehicle's doors to those two huskies too. We hope more and more of those pups find good homes.

Khyra, why oh why must we humans always get that flashie-beast out and disturb you guys when you sleep? Because you are just too cute not to photograph!
What sweet pups and the adopt-a-thon is so heartwarming to watch. To know that through the tragedy Joplin faced, there is hope and happiness waiting ahead for so many of those homeless pets. Kudos to you, Khyra's Mom, and all the folks who work with rescuing animals.

There's always so much khuteness on your blog Khyra starting with you of course! Our mommy wishes she could adopt some of the animals from Joplin since she is so scared of tornadoes so would love to make them feel safe and loved again. All the pups are so cute. We just hope everybuddy finds furever homes!
