This makes me furious! Why couldn't the officers apprehend the suspect? And why in the world was a police dog "tethered" to a drunken suspect? How could this happen?
Kyhra, you and your human friends are more generous souls than I: I admire your thoughtful reflectiveness, particularly when all I can do is feel enraged.
Oh trust me - my mom wanted to hear the idiot had died in the jump - what she thought SHOULD be done was that they throw him over again -
Thanks for your khomment -
He'll get his some day -

My dad read this story to my mom before. They both said words that made me a red and red Siberian ... if you know what I mean! Very, very sad for the brave police puppy!

We have decided that they need to change the laws to say that anyone who abuses an animal has to get the same treatment. There would be a lot less animal abuse if that were the case!

That is so sad about that police doggie. Why couldn't his 2-legged partner be close to help him out? Isn't that what partners are supposed to do?!?! We can't figger out why people gotta drink so much where they are a menace to themselves & others.
We salute you Stryker!
