Off to start my last day of the work week -

My Mad Radish all but the cottage cheese sourced salad - I had multiple tasty ones this past week - and I switched it up with RICOTTA - oh my - OH MY!!!
And like THAT, we see our weekEND on the horizon - of course, I've started 'the list' - and it is coming together nicely -

Love the hanging prisms! Ricotta is so rich and tasty and add a wee bit of sugar and you have dessert!
I'm sure Willow has her travel list ready. Including foodables! Have fun! Did all 5 PF's survive. I thought one was stepped on?
The prisms are so pretty. We have a beautiful one that honors Lightning sent to us by a good blogging pal. That chai latte looks refreshing, Mom is going to have to try one of those one of these days. Happy List Making - lost here without a list.
