Monday MOMday

 Still no words...

Odis couldn't decide between kmart and Tractor Supply - he was hoping to get some presents for HIS boys but I told him he would be enough of a present!
Sorry - didn't time the Welcome to PAWSylvania shot too well
Odis tried to convince me that Bev used to let him driver her vehicle
AND was quick to show his displeasure with my decision
So he resigned himself to watching the world buzz by
THEN tried the KhorgiAdor Mind Meld
 Miss Sassy sleeping

I lost track of how many times I told him HIS boys are just going to LOVE him to death!!!

Hard to get pictures whilst holding a squirming khute puppy

He was trying to snag the wheel of Peggy's Hyundai
One of the largest flags in Harrisburg
 This week's shot of Harrisburg

Awaiting the return of HER Zen-terra

She was ready to get inside and smell what I had brought along from the road

She was quite taken with this week's messages

Where to begin?

Well, the day did start with a message to start Leg 2 that Shorty would NOT be continuing along - of course, I was bummed for I was SO looking forward to meeting him BUT when we got to this

...BOBBI HAS SHORTY AND ALL HIS 'STUFF', HEADED BACK TO RACHELE'S IN VINTON....Rachele fell totally in love with Shorty, and requested to foster with the intent to adopt!!!  How sweet is that??

Very sweet for sure!

The closing message when the passengers were at their destinations

Sassy is with her foster mom, Dorinda, Odis is with his new mom, Gina, and she's just right now getting ready to drive into her driveway, where he'll meet his new dad and brothers!! Shorty is with our gracious overnight sleepover hostess, Rachele, who decided she just could not bear to part with him....so, as he was headed north this morning from her house, she called to say she wanted to adopt him, and well, how wonderful was that?  So, Bobbi took him back to HIS new mommy after she transferred Odis and Sassy to Betsy C.  How cool that he found his fur-ever home on transport, with the sweet Rachele who does so much for us by opening her heart and home for the overnight sleepover pup-pawties!!  And Elliott, her boyfriend...such a nice man...loves the doggies, too, and helps with the overnights...Thank you, Rachel and Elliott

Odis's special foster Bev wrote me to ask what I had thought of him - she knew he was no Koda but he was very special in his own way - I wrote back with OH YES - and mentioned how his tail NEVER stopped wagging - her note back to me

…never stops wagging!  I’m glad you noticed – I love that about him!

It is hard to let him go! He was a huge pain but he was such a character and so full of love!  Everyone who rescued him here when he escaped (over and over and over and over and….)always said…””we’d adopt him if we didn’t already have 3 (or so) dogs”

I have told Gina everything about him – made her repeat it to me several times – even in writing – I wanted her to know how clever he is and how capable he is – the whole world is his!  He has made it thru 2 shelters off the streets – he will probably live forever!  …and just a little black plain dog…..

Ah yes "JUST A LITTLE BLACK PLAIN DOG....."

I can't top that one so time to share the PHOTOBUCKET LINK - four videos and an assortment of photos - again, not that many as the videos are just more fun to do and more conducive to showing the awesome power of The Khanines!!!

If you want to see lots and lots of pictures from their big weekend, please check out the Rotts N Pups Album over on Facebook - woo won't regret it -

Once again, so much proof of RESCUES ROCKING!

Happy Monday EvFURRYone!

We still cry thinking about CT. All those babies.

About driving though. I really like to drive and am also never allowed. It's so rude.

We really liked the pictures of Odis. Seeing these stories are the best Christmas present ever.

We also were saddened and shocked what happened in Sandy Hook. This school is only about an hour from us.
