Monday MOMday

Just a bit after 7am - the first pic triggered the flash so I turned it off for this one
Since I pass within five minutes of where the passengers' Bed and Biscuit is located, I pick them up there THEN head to Allentown
Taffy trying out her shotgun spot whilst the boys get settled in back

She's 8 - an owner surrender due to the old 'not enough time for her' - she joined the transport in Knoxville TN and went to NH
Zeke - he's 6 - and came from Kingsport TN area - and was headed to Maine
Harrisburg on the way to Allentown
I looked for Auntie Di's plane - actually, she was to take off about 10-15 minutes after I took the pic
Taffy had three positions for the ride - this one - and the curl - and the watching the road -
I had to remind myself to go to the right here - normally I would take the left if I were meeting someone in Harrisburg as The EarthLink Building is just  a short distance from here
Snoopy - NOW KNOWN AS HOGAN - was thought to be around 3 - he started out from Roswell GA and is now HOME in VT!

 Zeke's tailgunner work was stellar!
Taffy seemed to be telling me faster faster - but I told her NO, we lock on the cruise at speed limit plus four so as to NOT get any $peeding ticket$

I had to chuckle when I saw the comment his B&B hostess passed on about him -

Snoopy requests cat  for both dinner and breakfast, hummm even a midnight snack!....definitely not cat friendly

A mile or so before our exit, Snoopy came up to be with Taffy and me

 Taffy touring the Wawa lot
Zeke doing what Britts do best - smelling and watching everything!
 More Taffy
 YELLOW FOR MURRAY!
Sam Adams for those crazy gals in Master Chew Sits - FAB and FAD - eh, Norwood and Tula?
Fireworks for a certain furiend in OP KS

Two shots this time - I couldn't decide between them!

 Mission Accomplished!!!

Here are some words from this weekend's run coordinator - she's in Buffalo - I asked her earlier in the week if it had snowed yet - SNICKER!

Success!  The travelling trio are at their final destinations.  Taffy, Zeke and Snoopy are safe and sound with their adopting / foster families.

Thank you for your compassionate help in getting these lucky dogs to a new phase of their lives.  Taffy & Zeke can sleep tonight, dreaming of getting a new family & Snoopy can dream of all the fun and TLC he'll get from his adopting family.

Thank you for your time, energy and gas dollar.  Because of your help, another 3 dogs are rescued, and the world is a little better of a place.

Hugs,
Kathy

and then she sent this from Snoopy Hogan's mom

OMG!  Snoopy's big moment --- he becomes Hogan and begins a new a wonderful journey.  Ken has done so much to prepare for Snoopy's arrival and make sure he has some of his favorite things ready.   A very active and adored life awaits...

Thanks to the many volunteers that have been involved in getting him to this place....

Tara & Remy (foster siblings)

Here is this week's Photobucket - only two videos as I didn't want to cause the transport to get behind on the first legs - there were many miles ahead of this awesome trio - especially as they were heading to some higher traffic areas - they all traveled together to Hartford CT - that is where they split to head to VT and NH and ME - I also didn't do a dedication this week - I think I was still sort of asleep AND also drained from the week's activities - both good and bad -

Once again, The Zen-terra and The Britts were a great khombo - thanks to NBRAN and NEBR for being there for their breed!

Khousin Ab is happy her momma is home - of course, we are sad she left us!  It was such a weird feeling to have seen Diane at 7am and by 2pm, she was back to The Great Blast Furnace - luckily for her, she had only a thirty minute layover in Chicago -

We are also sad that as of 7:15 Sunday evening, Khamp Khyra was khlosed - but we did have two walks so the khampers and the khounselor were happy!

Khyra and I are heading to do a home visit later today - if we find them khanine worthy, they will be Graham's furever family!!!

Happy Monday EvFURRYone!

Ummmm...we are glad Auntie Di made it home safely. A 30 minute layover in Chi Town can be most adventurous if there are delays or bad weather, so we think she pulled a magic trip out of her hat.

Have a good time on the home visit! we loves them

Mom was taken most by Snoopy, such a sweet face, but she is glad he is now Hogan.

Too bad about the closing of camp and the departure of Auntie Di, but it will all happen again.

TD says he is proud to see his name displayed on that sign, but there are more than enough fireworks going on around here.

We (well, actually mom) drive for NBRAN too!!! They do such great work to get their sweet Brittney's to wonderful homes and to rescues. There is nothing better than helping so MANY different pups find new lives!

Cheers to another successful trip!
