Monday MOMday

Oh no! The Headless PF was bakhk!
So, here is The OTHER K

And her mom Ashley - soon to bekhome Nikki's mom

K's Chair - when we went fur the home visit that is how that chair was deskhribed

K in the magikh stuff we usued to get here in Pawsylvania!!!

NOW, time to let Mom take the keyboard - I will warn woo, there are LOTS of pikhs here and in the Photobukhket link below - but given the special day it was, she khouldn't stop herself with the flashie beastie!

Yes Khyra, you are quite correct!

I knew it would truly be special when I saw this vehicle just beyond The GKP - High Point Bull Mastiffs from Sutton Master Chew Sits as a very famous Mastiff from that state calls it - I shared this with Mango Momma - and said even Mini Mastiffs rock!

*

The exit for Nikki's new home

And the ramp I would be on in a few hours as she went HOME!

Another omen - sorry the shot is poor but it said RNNNNR - it made me think of K and KB!

Louise

Bryn in her beautiful bryn-dle coat!

More EYES showing appreciation

Good thing the key was in my pocket!

Okay everyone, say HI to Nikki -you'll be seeing lots of her - and I'll apologise to Bryn and Louise's families but as a Siberian Mom, getting to take a Siberian to her new mom is totally PAWESOME - plus, the other two were in crates!

*

And yes, she was truly as sweet as she appears!

But the eye shows the glint of mischief!

At the light to exit the shopping center as we head back to I81

The rest periods never lasted more than 0.87 seconds

More happy eye!

That's because she saw the sign that said PAWSylvania Welcomes Woo!

She smells HOME!

A Siberian Doughnut!

Nikki The Clown

I think she cracked herself up too!

Sweet Louise in Harrisburg

*

More beautiful Bryn

*

Loooooose Louise!

I told Peggy I thought Bryn would be fine riding to Allentown uncrated - she was tethered here just until we got everything loaded up and in!

Happy Tongue Time!

Nikki had gotten in to make sure her travelling companions were situated for their leg to Allentown - they were heading to meet someone I had met in October of 2010 when I transported Miller The Belgian Mal - ah yes, the small world of awesome transporters!

So off we went

Nikki's Doggy Nanny actually works in that building which is directly across the interstate from The EarthLink Building!

Nikki stretched out for a few winks - and dreams of what was to come in less than ten minutes!

So she missed seeing Harrisburg - but she'll see it up close and personal at some point

Almost Nikki - sooooo close now!

HOME!!!

What a smile!

*

Three very happy hearts!!!

Ready to go in her home for the first time!

She LOVES ice cubes!

There was another pic in here but I managed to delete as I working on the post - grrrrrrr!

Do you see spoiled Siberian in the making?!?

The last shot I got to take of Nikki for her special day!

Back on the road

DEFINITELY Mission Accomplished - for Nikki - and from the pics I've seen of Bryn and Louise, for them too - I'll share them tomorrow!

Before I left Nikki's, Ashley gave me an envelope with this very special card

They had all signed it thanking Khyra and me for all we did to get Nikki HOME to them!!!

It was an honour and a pleasure - and so the reason we do what we do!

Halfway to Hagerstown I had heard THIS SONG - and I took it as another omen of how well the day would turn out - having a special furry around surely brings one to life - and brings life to one (and all)!

I learned from Ashley how Nikki had ended up in rescue - her owner had to go to jail and he had no one else to take her - so off to a shelter - a high kill shelter she went BUT luckily Bev the very awesome foster was able to rescue her - and the rest is now HERstory!

Here is the Photobucket link - with six videos and LOTS of pics - I think I spent an hour or more with Nikki and her new family - they were quite the hosts - with tasty snacks and great iced tea!

Once again, RESCUES ROCK - with three more tails with happy tales!!!

Hugz&Khysses From Khyra's Khorner

P.S. Khyra had better start resting up - rumour has it a mini-khamp session might be very very close!

Brynn and Louise were two cuties, but we too have to admit we were taken with Nikki and her wonderful new home. She looks like she is going to fit in quite well and make one family very happy.

All those happy pups makes us happy too! Of course they make our mommy leaky but she's a sap for happy endings (and she's weird).

What fantastic pics of pups! Your mom is so great, Khyra, to help bring so many pups to their homes! And... yeah, what IS that white stuff on the ground? It's been in the 80s here, which is about 30 degrees warmer than normal and we didn't really have much white stuff on the ground at all this year!! Hopefully you're not melting there in PA! Thanks for sharing your beautiful pics!
