Monday MOMday

On my own Iditarod mission - of khourse, I don't think The Pretty Sled Dogs will see
these on their route!

Nice shot Mom but it is missing something

BETTER!

Now to turn this ovFUR to Mom

Thanks Khyra

The first YELLOW for MURRAY - actually just beyond the exit for The GKP

Scout in Hagerstown

Miss Daisy as we left the shopping center

*

Plotting I believe

Getting settled

Trying to see how small she could make herself!

Ready for action

She was ready for her closeup!!!

The innocent look

As Mango's DOH commented when I sent her a picture, stripes go with everything!

Not bad for a pup that had been on a chain - with little or no water - with an expected life of a breeding machine

One state closer to HOME!!!

Loved the paws!

Her furs were awesome - when we sent a picture to Mayzie, we heard her mom SQUEEEEEEEE - and even Mayzie admitted she had as well!

Scout decided to nap - although early on she did consider claiming shotgun -

More YELLOW for MURRAY as we waited to exit the ramp from I81 and head to the magic building which is now only one more traffic light away!

Scout knew it was time to come out of her slumber

Daisy was still napping

Sweet and Spunky Sadie!

She was telling Daisy all about how rescues rock - and Daisy was echoing her sentiments!

I think this will be among one of my favourite pictures EVER - I just wish I had caught a bit more of Scout's lower jaw area - the eyes and the ears and the total LOOK just define her - not bad for a pup found abandoned at an old textile mill in South Carolina -

More YELLOW for MURRAY - this rolled through the meeting area just as Peggy was getting ready to head to Allentown with the special trio!

This week's shot of Harrisburg

With MORE YELLOW for MURRAY!

Mission Accomplished!!!

Thanks to all of those involved with ROTTS 'N PUPS that helped make this happen for these three beaWOOties!!!

Scout and Daisy are now home - Sadie is with Don - an awesome transporter and foster - until her furever home details can be worked out - we'll share updates as they happen!!!

I had the chance to speak with transport coordinator Mary Sunday evening - she said Daisy's mom is THRILLED - Daisy won't stop covering her with kisses. Mary also shared what the driver that passed along Scout's leash to her dad told her - Sally watched the two of them walk off to his vehicle - Scout pranced - tail held high - she KNEW he was her dad - and she was heading HOME to meet the others -

Here is the PHOTOBUCKET LINK with pics from Saturday courtesy of Mary - and my Sunday videos and pictures - as we had said here on Sunday, we dedicated the leg to all of those involved with The Iditarod - and we also gave thought to those affected by the nasty weather of recent days - you'll see Angel Kara from North Wapiti in the Photobucket - she's SO Khyra's role model!

It was a great day and so what I needed - canine therapy is the best!

Thanks again for the support!

Happy Monday EvFURRYone!

Dear Miss K,
Mission accomplished! Woo Hoo!! We think it is cool that you always find some yellow for Clive's lad, Murray. Bet he enjoys that. Those flowers were pretty...and we agree that the Iditarod probably saw none of those!!
